You expressly stated that your engagement would include strategic growth support, introductions to relevant industry contacts, and deliverables intended to support capital‑raising efforts. Our client relied on these representations in entering into the agreement and issuing payment.
You failed to deliver any of the promised services. No introductions were made, no growth‑related outcomes were produced, and no substantive work product was provided. Your non‑performance constitutes a material breach of contract and has caused our client significant financial and reputational harm.
As a direct result of your failure to perform, you lost a $70 million Industrial Revenue Bond (IRB) financing opportunity, which required the progress, visibility, and support you represented you would provide. Time goes by this guy keeps the money, never made one call to introduce anyone. Only he wanted to extend his time on the deal, that's when I released the firm off the project as he never provided any added value, 409a and fast-track the deal to closure. Because when we back-tested, non of those investors existed ever.
