Aufgepasst bei Bestellungen bei Staubbeutel.ch

Achtung aufgepasst bei Staubbeutel Bestellungen.
Ich hatte Staubbeutel zu einem Electrolux Z 915 bestellt; leider hatten diese Beutel nicht gepasst,.
Vorrauskasse der Beutel 2 Pakete a 16.95 macht CHF 33.90 plus Versandkosten CHF 8.50 zzgl. MwSt CHF 3.18 macht Total CHF 42.40
Für die Rücksendung bezahlte ich nochmals CHF 10.00 ......(eingeschr.Paket) also Total Ausgaben von CHF 52.40
Heute haben die V........ mir eine Rückerstattung von CHF 18.90 überwiesen. Eine absolute Frechheit
Darum liebe Leute; Finger weg von dieser Firma...
Bestellt habe ich daraufhin die Staubbeutel bei TEMU in China zum Preis von CHF 9.50 die gleiche Menge und Anzahl. Sollten die Beutel nicht passen; kann ich diese ohne weiteres gratis retournieren....werde mich mit der Rückerstattung von CHF 18.90 nicht zufrieden geben.
