Followed the guidance and chased StaySavvy several times prior to arrival asking for an acknowledgement of my booking and for the check in details. Text them, called them, emailed them ..... eventually they contacted me via whatsap 2 hourrs pre check in to advise that the booked apartment was unavailable and that they had moved the booking to an "upgraded apartment" on North John Street. If this was upgraded i can not imagine what the initial booking at Marlborough ST must have been like. The key access was poor, the security of the building was poor, the cleanliness, fixtures and fittings were poor, the smoke alarms beeped constantly. We tried to contact support several times to no avail. I would not reccommend this company to anyone. I fully understand hicups and allowing things to be resolved in a timely manner but the worst & most insulting part was the service, a total lack of communcation and very dismissive messages when i did get response via whatsap. No apologies no offer of a call or email, I asked for an invoice and was told they are not VAT registered. I asked for a complaints process and was advised to send via whatsap. It is beyond me how they are allowed to operate.

Family stay in Liverpool

We stayed in Liverpool with two children and three adults, was a very comfy apartment with everything we needed, excellent location and all for a reasonable price!

Great place to stay.

Everything we needed for a two night stay in a great location. I panicked a little as we were travelling from the Isle of Man and had not had details of how to get in before we left the island. It did state that access details would be Whatsapped after 2pm on day of arrival. I needn’t have worried as the details arrived as promised, clear and with a video showing everything we needed. The apartment was spotless and comfortable - beds were as comfy as Premier Inn! Towels, (only complaint is bath towels could be larger) large shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, washing up liquid, tea towel and scrubbed were all provided. There was even a dishwasher and a tablet. Tesco express is a few doors away for any supplies needed. Road noise could not be heard-good soundproofing. Perfect spot for accessing most of the city by foot. 25 min walk from IoM ferry and about a 20 min walk to airport bus. Easy 25 min walk to Lime street station. Would definitely return and will look at other properties this company holds in Manchester and Newcastle should we be there.

Dale street Liverpool apartments

Stayed at Liverpool apartments, close to bars/shops/restaurants Tesco metro down the road was very handy The apartment was clean, and beds were very comfy. Great help from Sean if we needed anything. Only one issue was noise on the lounge and first bedroom at night as windows did not keep out the noise on the first floor, But this was not an issue in the second room. But overall a great stay in Liverpool.

The accommodation was perfect for our…

The accommodation was perfect for our needs and situated in a great location.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lounge with cooking facilities were great for two couples to enjoy Belfast from.
In walking distance to the city centre and the Titanic museum

Excellent company to deal with

As a company, we use StaySavvy a fair bit. The rooms are always exceptionally clean, the booking process is quick and easy and the whole experience is pleasant and hassle free. Highly recommended

Liverpool apartments

Stayed at Liverpool apartments, central for everything for everyone, bars/shops/restaurants. The apartment was lovely and clean, with a kitchenette, perfect nights sleep, loved the bed it was so comfortable, would return. Thank you to Sean and the staff for the help and a great night

Brilliant stay in Liverpool Apartment

There was five of us who stayed in the apartment in Liverpool, we all enjoyed our stay very much, so clean and tidy. Had all the facilities we needed and great communication from Sean.
I had messaged Sean a couple days after our stay regarding the damage deposit money which was sent back to us within minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Be careful booking via 3rd party & of money thirsty host/company - Liverpool

Be very careful when booking, especially if using a third party like Vrbo or booking.com or the price looks like a great deal! The apartments come under ‘Beehosting’ on Vrbo & booking.com.
I booked an apartment (via Vrbo) 8 months prior to the date of visit and paid in full, but when I contacted the host, Sean, after 4 months he denied all knowledge of the booking and was fully booked over the dates of my trip and had been fully booked for about 2 months. I understand admin errors can happen, but Sean was most unhelpful at this point! He said he would look into the issue and get back to me, but then proceeded to ignore all attempts of communication from myself or Vrbo. When Vrbo eventually managed to get hold of him, he refused to give any detail and denied the booked. When Vrbo cancelled the booking, the SAME APARTMENT then became available to book on the same dates, but the price was now 3x as much!! Clearly a host/company whose only priority is money. 0 customer service!

Wonderful place, great location

We love Liverpool and stayed in many hotel’s decided to try an apartment. When we arrived we were so chuffed the place was spotless , had everything we needed. The view from the room was spectacular, close to all shops” which I loved” and restaurant The owner was very helpful and at hand if you need anything during your stay. I’ll deffo be back. X
