We were looking for horseback riding tours in Split, Croatia, and found this company through Google Maps. Their listing made it appear that we could book a horseback riding tour through them.

We booked and paid, but afterwards discovered that the reservation was actually for a completely different business located about two hours away by car.

We immediately called the business listed on the reservation. They told us that they do not have the ability to accept online bookings and had no knowledge whatsoever of our reservation. We also tried contacting the company we booked through, but they did not respond and there was no clear way to cancel the reservation or resolve the issue.

This was an extremely misleading and frustrating experience. The booking process made it appear that we were booking a local horseback riding tour in Split, when in fact the reservation was for a different business in a completely different location (a business that confirmed it had no knowledge of the booking).

We strongly recommend avoiding this company and carefully verifying the actual tour operator and location before making any booking through them.

Unauthorized Distribution and Misdirection of Our Business
I am the owner of Sup Ventura, a Stand up paddle school in Alghero (Sardinia, Italy).
Stayviax is displaying unauthorized booking options within the "Booking Options" / "Prices" section of our Google Business Profile, despite the fact that we have never authorized Stayviax to advertise, distribute, or sell our tours.

To make matters worse, not only is this listing unauthorized, but the links displayed on our profile actually redirect potential customers to a direct competitor's activities. This is not just a technical error; it is a severe act of unfair competition that causes direct financial loss, customer confusion, and severe damage to our brand reputation.

Although Stayviax formally acknowledged the automated error via email on September 17 and promised to remove the listings within 2 business days, nothing has been done and the links remain active.

We have formally reported this issue to Google, sent formal legal notices to Stayviax, and still waiting.

No business should have its official Google presence hijacked by a third-party provider to divert traffic to competitors.
We demand the immediate and permanent removal of all unauthorized links associated with Sup Ventura without further delay.

Unauthorized Distribution of Our Business

I am the owner of Night Walk La Fortuna in Costa Rica.

Stayviax is displaying booking options for our business within the Prices section of our Google Business Profile, despite the fact that we have never authorized Stayviax to advertise, distribute, or sell our tours.

From our perspective, this results in an unauthorized association with our business that creates customer confusion and interferes with our official pricing. Customers have contacted us requesting discounts based on prices displayed by Stayviax directly on our Google listing.

We have formally reported this issue to Google and have also sent a formal removal request to Stayviax demanding that all unauthorized listings associated with Night Walk La Fortuna be removed immediately.

No business should appear to be represented by a booking provider without its explicit authorization. We expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.

Unauthorized listing on our Google Business Profile

We are the owners of Sloth Tour La Fortuna in Costa Rica.

We recently discovered that Stayviax appeared as a booking provider in the Prices section of our Google Business Profile, even though we have never signed a partnership, distribution agreement, or authorized Stayviax to sell our tours.

This has caused customer confusion, with visitors contacting us asking us to match the lower prices displayed through Stayviax. It directly affects our business and our relationship with customers.

We have contacted Stayviax requesting the immediate removal of our products and hope they resolve this issue promptly.

If you are a tour operator, I recommend checking your Google Business Profile to verify that only your authorized booking providers are displayed.

inserting their own booking API to other businesses on google maps. this is a shameful business practice. when you try to book, it takes you their website where it turns out there is no such bookable place in the viscinity.

Jung was a great Chef and teacher and she had some lovely Assistance. First she showed me the Tan Binh Market while telling me about local vegetables and herbs and After that we started the cooking. It was very interesting and I learned some new decoration techniques!

After we were done cooking you could also eat and it was very very delicious! In the end I was given a small recipe book which is so nice if you want to replicate the dishes you just learned 😊

Wrong locations. Booking something in Montenegro, locations shows Ukraine

Stayviax listed a $425 guided rock climbing tour against our Google Business Profile. We are an indoor bouldering gym with no relationship to them. When I went through their booking process, the $425 price became ~$1,600 for a single ticket. The listing does not identify who operates the tour. Businesses should check their Google Business Profile for listings they didn't authorise, and customers should be cautious about the legitimacy of this product.

Anthony was and Eric were so amazing, we went to the wrong place and we would have missed our booking there so they rescheduled our boat to their one!
The vibes were amazing, and so chill would definitely recommend to other people!

The whole experience was great, had a great tour guide Edie, very funny, respectful and made the tour very easy. The transportation was lovely as well and in general I had fun.

On Google maps I was looking at a winery and there was a button on the winery that said “book”. I follow the link and it brings me to book a wine tasting at a winery but it’s a completely different winery and location but they do not make that clear whatsoever on their page. I have now spent €80 on the wrong winery because this company added the link to the wrong place and won’t respond to my emails about a refund.

Adorable experience!
A very lovely visit to the town’s cooperative winery, full of history and local culture. A very knowledgeable sommelier, extremely kind and welcoming staff. Beautiful view over the pines and Sant’Antonio’s Vulcano. Interesting wines ;) definitely worth it!!
