On 20th july2026 l ordered two diahatsu mira .I paid 30% deposit as they promised to deliver and pay the rest on arrival.They told me the cars I had ordered failed inspection.I contacted my bank for reversal but stc refused to refund .They keep on lying and changing prices .After agreeing on new prices they increased again.They promise to send the cars but they ddn't. They gave me fake shipping schedule..They had promised to deliver within 50 days now we are aimost70 days without any progress.

DO NOTTTTTTTTTTTT SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANYYYYYYY ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE LIVING IN THE BAHAMAS! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDDDDD!!!

I have purchased a vehicle that failed inspection after being told the vehicle failed inspection I requested a refund and ever since I have had a hard time trying to get the refund and bad customer service. I don’t recommend buying any vehicle from STC Japan. I have bought multiple vehicles but this is the worst experience ever

My client here in the Bahamas is extremely upset, as we were informed about the failed inspection and immediately requested a refund. However, despite repeated attempts to communicate, I have yet to receive any proper response from your manager, Zane.
What is even more concerning is that your company is now refusing to process the refund promptly and has advised that it will take up to four weeks. This delay is unacceptable considering the circumstances and the inconvenience caused to both myself and my client. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Paid for a car in March 2025 todate never received.No communication from their end.

Delivery was fast and service was excellent! Must try!

Hello please don't buy from STC Japan you will loose your money, they are going out of business, in the past I have purchased several vehicle from them great service ,I purchased a Toyota January 2025 I can't get a reply despite calling over a dozen times ,they have the money for the Vehicle no shipping date no communication,It's stressful so BEWARE stay away.
