Very easy, discreet and complete testing.

Great service in the sense that it takes way less time than clinics/doctors. However, I was informed it would take 1-3 days to get my results and it took closer to 5 days. Plus I called three times and left a voice message last Friday and have yet to receive a call back. i take that as poor customer service and couldn't imagine what it would have been like for someone who was anxious about their results.

Didn’t receive results in 2 business days, it was 6, and didn’t get the free consultation bc they did t offer it, so I spent 250$ dollars for results only

Never got my emailed test results.Left message...no return call.

Waited 2 weeks with no results...

Update: Customer service called back today and issued a full refund and found my results in the system. Changed from a 1 to a 4 star for such good help from the gentleman on the phone. Send an email and call a few times and you should get help. *Supposedly 90% of patients never have to deal with the waits time that I and a few others have had to deal with*

I didn't received my results after 6 business day even though I was told it would be 1-2. I called but constant was sent to voicemail which they won't return(same for email) I called again and messed around with extension numbers, pressed pound and finally connected to someone. Then they'll tell you oh we just got your results and FINALLY email it to you, even though it says results were received days ago. I'm not sure if I would have gotten it if I didn't mess around with the phone extensions. Reasonably priced though.

I didn't receive a receipt when I finished website purchase. Also there no receipt # issued so the quest lab did not know what source the purchase for the test came in on.
Quest lab showed only 3rd party vendor.

Quick, easy, discreet, everything I love in a company!! I signed up online, went in, was seen immediately, took all of five minutes for everything to be done, my results were back within a week. Thanks to them I have a clean bill of health and feel very secure with the results I received. I should definitely recommend!

All testing and results should be handled with as much professionalism and discretion as STD AWARE provides. They took great care to answer all of my questions and provide me with more peace of mind than even my own doctor could. I especially appreciate the quick turn-around of my results. I would highly recommend their services.

I was extremely unhappy with the refusal to provide the consultation with a doctor even after two requests; this was promised beforehand on the website or I would not have paid for any tests. If I was going to be required to find my own physician I would not have paid for the lab because the doctor I found is just going to order the same tests I have to pay double for.

I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Not only were the test results available promptly but when I had reason to contact them directly with a follow up question they were friendly and eager to help.

Getting tested sucks but the process was easy and straightforward. I appreciated getting a follow up email as soon as I received my results.

Reasonable price, seamless process and fast results. I highly recommend this service!

Honestly by far the best help I ever got the guy name Bret should get a raise he actually cares and will help you with anything I never met a person like him it felt like I knew him for years but I have never met him please give this guy a raise he deserves it thank you so much Bret god bless you
