I did not receive my results as stated I would. I had to place a call (e mail) to STDAware in order to obtain them. Otherwise, I would have given my experience five stars.

Service is a JOKE!!
Tested on Monday and didn't get results until Friday, beyond the promised 3 days. I attempted to contact the service via phone several times to check the status of my results only to get a machine to leave a message, attempted to utilize the chat feature and was only ever able to leave a message there as well. This must be a one man circus as you can NEVER reach a human if you have any questions/concerns/complaints. For your own sanity use a different service!!
