Awful company, sending me notice of sums of arrears when I have told this stupid company multiple times that I never took out a £100 advance. Emailed them multiple times for them to send me this FCA notice.

Recently went on Steadypay app to pay a balance I had outstanding. I have a new debit card so was expecting to be asked for details but they already had them somehow as payments went through. I then tried to cancel membership and it said payment was processing so I couldn't cancel. This was 2 weeks ago and despite numerous messages from me, they still won't let me cancel as payment still says processing yet cleared over a week ago on my bank statement. I am now concerned that they have my card details that I never gave them and I never even received any payment receipt from them. Shocking!
Update
After leaving this review, Steadypay emailed to confirm they received the previous payments but to cancel my subscription I need to pay another £109, I then checked the app and that says I need to pay another £200? It seems like they are just plucking figures out of the air. Would definitely stay away!
