Steam vape are a great company,value for money, great products, excellent website and feedback, however the delivery company, APS is appalling.
I think you should be aware of this is it may affect your business.
I waited in all day. following their live tracking system which went off when the driver reached stop 60. I was stop 67.
Still waiting and no reply to my emails.

Unfortunately, no delivery company is perfect and we have tried them all over the years. We have found that APC were one of the most reliable but thats not to say they have a 100% success rate. We do have DPD listed on the delivery options if you would prefer to use them over APC.
If you do experience issues that you can't resolve, please do call us on 01889226182 and someone from the support team will do their best to resolve the issue directly with APC/DPD.

The package still hasn't been…
The package still hasn't been delivered. They originally went to the wrong address. Lost the packet for a day. No it's out for delivery again and missed its time slot for dropping off at their local pickup point.
