I ordered from SteelGlam.de about 11.12…

I ordered from SteelGlam.de about 11.12 and clearly informed them that the item was a gift and must arrive before the chrismas 24.

Unfortunately, the order was not shipped until today 23, and it will arrive after the xmas , which completely ruined the purpose of the gift.

Full payment was made at the time of ordering, yet there was no commitment to the promised delivery time and no proper solution from customer service. Communication was weak and no clear explanation was provided for the delay.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend ordering from this website if you need reliable delivery or professional customer service.
