Absolutely wonderful service!
I messed up the delivery date and my availability but they were very flexible to agree and manage another well scheduled delivery matching my timeline. Very friendly and pro communication and service!
According to the website delivery would take 3-5 days. After 7 days I got a message from Schenker that I should call their customer service and confirm my address. I called multiple time over 3 days. After long waits on hold my call was repeatedly disconnected. Finally I got through to a customer service agent and they informed me that they could deliver the ladder in one week. I received my ladder today (2 weeks after ordering). Overall, the delivery was very delayed and customer service was frustrating.

There was a problem with my order and delivery, one of those things. Because I was in Canada I could not address this. When I came back to Sweden 8 months later I made contact this issue was resolved quickly in a friendly professional manner.
