We'd love to look into what happened and see how we can help. Please drop us a line at info@stepone.life with your order details and, if available, a screenshot of the offer.
Thanks again for your support, and we're glad the undies have won you over!

Hi Sue,
Thanks for sharing your feedback! We understand the excitement of waiting for your order to arrive.
Just to clarify, overnight or express shipping wasn't selected at checkout, so your order is being handled under our Free Standard Shipping service rather than an expedited delivery option.
Having checked the delivery timeframe, your order is still within the estimated window for Free Standard Shipping.
We appreciate your patience while your parcel makes its way to you. If you have any questions or would like us to clarify anything further, please feel free to reach us at info@stepone.life. Our team will be happy to help!
Best regards,
Step One CX Team
The ease of ordering was great
The ease of ordering was great. The product arrived in a reasonable time. The product fits well, but I would have went one size up as they do run a little small.

Hi Jeffrey,
Thanks heaps for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear ordering was a breeze, your parcel arrived within a reasonable time, and you're happy with the overall fit.
We appreciate your sizing feedback too! You're spot on – Step One tends to fit a little smaller than other brands, so we generally recommend going one size up for the best fit.
Thanks again for giving us a go! We hope your next pair feels even better.
If there's anything we can help with, feel free to reach us at info@stepone.life.

Hi Alfie,
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're sorry to hear the product didn't meet your personal expectations. We understand that comfort is personal, and what feels cool and comfortable for one person may not feel the same for someone else. It's disappointing to hear this wasn't the right fit for you.
We also appreciate your comments about pricing. We aim to offer a balance of comfort, quality and value, and regularly review our pricing against the materials and processes that go into our products.
We'd also like to clarify that our return process is designed to be straightforward. For unopened packets, all we need are a few photos showing the sealed packets and proof of postage once they've been sent back. With those, we can help arrange an exchange or refund in line with our returns policy.
If the items are still available and you'd like us to look into this, please reach out to info@stepone.life. We'd be more than happy to help.
Best regards,
Joyce

My son loves these, & I give him a few pairs each Xmas. He says they fit great & don't chafe his legs. He loves the designs, as well. Because of the discount, I am giving him 4 pairs this year.
