Keep away from this company they take your goods from small companies and then they don’t pay you and tell you they are trading under a different name now as administrator have stepped in but they still trade under the same name of Step on saftey. They tried defrauding the government from paying tax and got caught out last year so it shows you what sort of company, this is do not deal with them total cons artists

Charged £14 delivery for a single tube of adhesive, took 7 days to receive it and when it finally arrived they sent a completely different product to what was ordered. 6 phone calls later I'm still waiting for the manager to call me to resolve the issue. Worst service I have ever had. Wr

Good product and delivery service as expected.

Ordered over £250 worth of anti-slip decking strips in Feb, via Ebay. Was assured they would arrive in April. They never did. No reply to my communication or responses to repeated requests for refunds. Commencing legal action.

Ordered on 13th January was told they will be with us by the end of January. We are now looking at receiving them on the 15th April, Constantly asking for updates but never received them, unless I chased it up.

Realy good customer service, they responded to my request about changing the order.

A very responsive and quick acting reply to my initial enquiry after following their van from Colchester to Manningtree. This was followed by a site visit and safe installation of a step to our portakabin.

Easy use website but that was it …waited around a week for an x/stock item that turned up without bolts , emailed three times still nothing gave up..now still waiting for a vat invoice requested two weeks ago. Gave 2 stars as I want them to send invoice so can’t be too harsh

i dislike the web page to buy something, when i select order there didn’t sow me the what i selected is out of stok😕

Must give credit to BBC presenter Matt Baker, “Our farm in the dales” for this idea. Have a bridge across my pond, always slippery in winter when wet icy etc. He used similar item across a bridge for his parents on their farm.
Fitted two days ago, and really impressed. Wet all this week, and no slipping, feet firmly on bridge.

Unfortunately seems trust pilot won’t allow me to answer you or send images.

Again had a reply from trust pilot, who say they can’t assist in this enquiry, but for me to contact the supplier and ask them to send you my images. Problem is the company won’t know who you are, and as several other companies who sell this products their suggestion is impossible.
Maybe you contact “step on safety” yourself to request they try and forward your request. Meanwhile I’ll send them my images, but honestly this is a total farce by trustpilot, but won’t write reviews again, with this attitude.

Only got 57 complete clamps of the right size out of an order of 60. Package also contained two incomplete clamps of a different size.

Steve was very knowledgeable about the item, extremely helpful and gave advice where needed and resolved an issue with our old staircase within minutes

All good and simple order process and pretty quick delivery for a small domestic order.

The product is just right for the application we had. It was straightforward and easy to deal with Step on Safely and the product arrived within the time frame promised.

The reason for the 4 stars rather than the 5, which if it was the product alone it would have been, is that total experience includes the delivery. When delivering to the private address where the project was, the carrier damaged/broke items in the persons garden which the client was not to pleased about.

I appreciate that this is outside the control of the supplier, however the whole transaction was spoilt by this outside element. To reiterate though, the product is very good.
