Takes too long!

We ordered some insoles from this company after having them recommended to us. We can't believe how long it is taking for them to arrive! 7 days and counting!
Will not be ordering any further insoles.

Didn’t revive, being ignored

Parcel didn’t arrive, so I emailed, got one response and now I’m being ignored (Mian saqlain). Absolutely horrible customer service. I can see why this company has a poor trustpilot rating. Please don’t waste your time! 845786

Unexpected delivery time

Good product but on the Website it says delivery time of 4-6 business days. I had to wait 18 days. I dont know what happend there.

No response from Costumer Services

I haven’t actually tried the product but I am as unsatisfied as I could be with costumer services.
I have seen the ad on Instagram, clicked and checked out without changing to my size. I emailed costumer services right away, as the promise was 27/7 service on the website I thought I would receive an answer before the shipping. But no, I got an email 5 days later, saying they would forward my message to a different team. I NEVER got an answer, got the wrong size product and now I am really hope they fulfill the promise of refunding unhappy customers.

DO NOT ORDER THESE. SAVE YOUR MONEY A REPURABLE COMPANY

I ordered these insoles on 2/18/26 and still have not reveived them. They arrived in the US and were shipped not once but twice to Michigan where I reside and shipped back to PA and NY then back to MI and one time made it as close as Grand Rapids before it was shipped back to NY again. Customer service assured me they were behind and I would receive them. Up until 3/25 it sat in the Mail Recovery center and when I contacted CS again they replied with the same automated email. Since I have emailed several times and they just flat out refuse to answer about my order or a refund. DO NOT ORDER THESE!!

SCAM ALERT

I made an order for the stepprs on 1/20/2026 and never received my order. I sent emails with order info, the replies wher always the same. Order is in route, due to high volume or orders it may take longer. I even used the tracking number provided and some how the order would enter my city and state then when I check the next day it’s in a whole other state. This company and its product are a scam.

They will ignore you if you ask for a refund

Unfortunately these have not helped me and have made my pain (plantar fasciitis) worse. I emailed to request a refund as per their 90 day money back guarantee. They offered to send a new pair. I declined. Then they offered me to keep my current pair for a 40% refund. I declined. Now they aren’t replying to my emails 😡

I know nothing about the product since…

I know nothing about the product since I've never been able to get them. I initially ordered in Jan. and after repeated emails asking where my order is, being sent "tracking" that stops after a few days and never updates, getting return emails saying oh we are sorry about the delay but it's coming, to FINALLY being told that they have redone the order and sending again, to now the end of March and I still don't have an order or my money. BEWARE!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER!!! SCAM BEWARE!!

I ordered this product in December and it is now end of March and I have still not received the product. I have requested a refund and still have not received one! I will not order this again ever! I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

Cheap from China - £1.25 on TEMU exact same product

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago, no sign of it arriving. They’ve eventually sent tracking details it’s been shipped from China. The mark up is huge, I have found exact same ones for £1.25 from TEMU! Identical and same factory they come from save your money!!!

When they do eventually reply, it’s the same generic email.

Would give it zero stars if I could

Would give it zero stars if I could. Increase pain on foot instead and didn't suit. Tried returning with ZERO responses for months. Absolute trash brand and wouldn't recommend.

This company does not respect the customer there business ethics are way off track.

Ordered one of there products on January 19th. Today's date is March 23 I have not received the product yet. I've asked for a refund in many different ways. They have not returned my money neither I've asked to speak to an actual representative no one has contacted me other then a cookie cut email that they keep sending out. Do not waste your time or money with these people not worth it.

slow delivery

At work i m on my feet all day

At work i m on my feet all day. With these insoles made it feel comfortable and no aching feet, no tired feet, no numbness and no pain. I tried many different insoles and so far the best insoles i had.
I ordered five at first and now i ordered 2 more for myself and for 2 of my friends.

they advertise a satisfaction guarantee, but don’t actually give it…

These insoles did not work out for me after taking just a few steps around the house in them, so I contacted their customer support service. I got a reply from “Evelyn”, who gave me instructions on how to use the insoles (as if I didn’t know), and when I replied to her saying that I followed the instructions but they still don’t work for me and I’d like to engage their “satisfaction guarantee”, she ghosted me. Three attempts to reestablish communication later, over the course of a week and a half, and still no reply.
It seems clear to me that they offer a satisfaction guarantee, but they do not actually give one.

Oh, and did I mention it took almost three weeks to get the insoles in the first place?

I would say that this organization and their product/customer support verge on the word “scam”.

UPDATE:
I got another rep, "Mian", and after multiple emails, they offered a 40% refund. That's not what their "satisfaction guarantee" says on their web site.

So, I logged an official complaint with the United States Federal Trade Commission, emailed STEPPRS the case number, and suddenly they offered a "full refund". However, when I checked my credit card, they only refunded the price of the product, not the shipping. I'm done with them, I believe they are a shady business, and I do not recommend them at all.
