Placed order on 19th March but nothing…

Placed order on 19th March but nothing received after 10 days and no tracking info available. Contacted company by email and told them to cancel order but get no reply. Order arrived 2nd April and I want to return it but cannot get them to send me a returns label as per their returns policy. Zero customer service. So far completed 3 of their enquiry forms, sent a total of 7 emails, sent messages on Facebook messenger, Instagram but get no reply. There is no telephone number or address given on website. I have now requested credit card company to action for me.
Think all the positive reviews they get are fake.

Perfect for dog walkers!

As a young person who’s on their feet all day, I thought I’d give these a try. I ordered 3 pairs, they’re so comfy it’s like walking on a cloud!

DO NOT BUY!!

I only gave them a one because 0 isn’t available. I ordered a pair and were shipped on march 4, 2026 and it is April 2nd and I have not received them and the tracking date is up to 29 days and it keeps going up everyday. They say you will get them in 4-6 days but obviously a lie. I’ve messaged them 5 times wanting my money back but so far they refuse to and now won’t even answer back. I’m just going to dispute it through my bank so I can get my money back. Do not bother with these cheap insoles that are made in China. According to their tracking the plane has been flying to the US for almost 30 days now and will still take another 29 days to get here. They must be lost and just flying around the world and don’t even need more fuel. What a joke!

Great service

Great service. Wrong size was delivered and they immediately sent me the correct size with no charge.

Flimsy with no support after three days…

Flimsy with no support after about three days

Would cost more to ship back under return policy than what I paid for them. Would not qualify for a full refund since they’re worn. Would only get a percentage back.

Great product and in particular great customer service. Had an issue with mine and they were super helpful to get it resolved. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Customer service!!

I just want to comment on the great customer service experience I've had with Steppers. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size insole and foot massager kit. I contacted them asking for a refund. They offered to send the correct size and at no extra charge! I was so grateful for their understanding. It was a really great thing that they did. I highly recommend their products and their customer service. Awesome!

Easy to order

I already own a couple of pairs of Stepprs insoles, so they were my first choice for a new pair of boots I am breaking in. The ones I already own are comfortable and have made a difference on days when I spend long hours on my feet.

Product not received

Product not received. Was returned to sender before it left China. No refund. No communication for a month now. Am raising with my card company and with Shopify and will continue to leave negative reviews where I can to warn others.

Edit: I already tried emailing you guys and got nothing except the email you sent on the 06/03/2026 “ We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that I have forwarded your issue to my relevant team and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the next update.” It’s the 20/04 I still have not heard back from “the relevant team”

Ordered for the 2nd time

Ordered for the 2nd time, and received them in a timely manner. My husband likes the way they comfort his feet during his 12 hour shifts. Bought 2 pairs so he can alternate them to help even further with comfort.

Low quality and poor customer service

These insoles are of low quality and my feet do not fit in my shoes with them. I’ve sent emails to this company 6 times and on the second email, they offered a replacement. I said I was interested in a refund since I did not need a replacement. I’ve been ghosted since. No response to my emails. Do your research before buying from them. Not worth it. My 90 days for a refund are over. Money lost, lesson learned.

I placed an order direct with Stepprs - the confirmation said delivery within 4-6 Business Days. 3 weeks later and still no delivery. I've cancelled the order, but have still not had a refund. Appalling customer service

Rocky take off, but nailed the landing

The initial order had some delivery issues, and when I contacted them for help, they leapt into action! Evelyn was amazing, reassuring me that even though the initial order was delivered but never received, they would make it right. And that is exactly what they did! Service is clearly a to priority for them, which is greatly appreciated. It does take some time for the order to arrive so hang on there. Otherwise, top-teir service

The best insoles I've ever used! And I've used several!

I ordered a couple of insoles, tested them out for a couple of months. Went to Mexico City and climbed the Pyramid of the Moon at Teotihuacán and walked approximately 8 miles a day for about 5 days, during that time. I just ordered several more, for the rest of my shoes. These are definitely the best insoles I've ever used!
