SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
We have used this company for many many years, however having changed driver a few months ago they are now refusing to collect our clinical waste! The property has not changed location nor has there been any alterations to the lay out. Trying to speak to someone who can give an actual true reason for their breech of contract is impossible! They don't care about the SLA and customers are left with no resolve.

There is apparently NO COMPLAINTS procedure, NOBODY in management to speak with, NO staff who can help other than say I will chase it up for you! You call them and its always the same reply which is as much use as a chocolate teapot! Having to repeat yourself over and over again all to no avail!
I would strongly advice people DO NOT use this company. If I could give minus stars I most definitely would.

This is my first time writing a review for a company as i never feel it is necessary to share my own poor experiences as I understand people make mistakes sometimes, however this has gone too far. I chose Stericycles as it was the most affordable company for sharps bins however the amount of stress it has caused has truly outweighed this! One of the worse experiences I have ever had with a company. Such poor communications, never letting me know when dates or times are being changed on my account, they had my delivery details as being incorrect and never even tried to contact me about this, getting my sharps bin delivered 2 months later than it should have been, they can't seem to even follow my very specific instructions - that if they were followed would avoid so many issues. Being charged incorrect fees from my bank account and not being told and now refusing to give me my money back. The issues have been ongoing for the past 3 months and it just seems to be more and more issues, once one is resolved the next week another one occurs, its ridiculous . I have always had to phone them up to find out the new issue and always find there are even more issues than i am aware of. They have never once contacted me to resolve these issues, i had to be the one to phone and get answers for their mistakes.
A sharps bin delivery and collection should never have this many issues, it is honestly a joke. I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this company and not use the affordability as a reason to choose them.

I was completely snowed under in work and could not find the answers I needed with regards to Hazardous waste. She sorted this for me and saved me so much work. Thankyou Sarah

The worst and most frustrating company I have ever come across. I never write reviews, but I just have to warn people about this company. They never show up on time, nobody communicates so you have to explain yourself over and over again to different agents. One agent will be apologetic and understanding and then another will be the complete opposite and almost mock the other for their understanding, it’s really bizarre. They continuously turned up when I wasn’t working, which was in notes from the beginning and then charge me extra for it. I tired to leave lots of times but they kept renewing and a charging me when I was with a new company and wasn’t using them. Even chased me a year later for 13.99 that I apparently owed them, even though you could see in my notes what a nightmare I had with them, no gesture of goodwill whatsoever. AVOID!!
