I placed an order for shoes on 17th March, receiving email confirmation of order and payment on the same day.
Initially the order tracker indicated shipment from China to USA, but now doesn't show anything.
An email to alessandra-london wasn't rejected but is unanswered.
I ordered a hat 15th March, got a confirmation of the order and they took my money. After almost a month no goods, I emailed them and the emails bounce back (the email address is from their web site). The web site shows an established company in Nottingham UK, however any returns go to China! There is no UK phone number, I suspect this is a scam. BEWARE
