Always feel nervous about cash being sent in the mail and I've never used Sterling FX before. The whole process of ordering online and payment was straightforward and easy. I was given a delivery before 1pm and received it at 9.45am . Communications via email were excellent with tracking info too. Got the best exchange rate too so 5 star performance from Sterling FX.

Crooks don't touch this company
Crooks don't touch this company. They failed to deliver the currency we ordered. We went on holiday and came back and still it hadn't delivered. They refused to provide a refund saying we have to wait 6 weeks to get our money back on a Royal Mail scheme when Royal Mail are their chosen delivery partner not ours. The persons you speak to are all foreign sounding. It makes you wonder if they are organised crime operators. Ignore their website it is all untrue.
