Did exactly what they said they would do, no fuss, delivery as and when stated, exactly correct and the best exchange rate I could find anywhere (significantly better than high street). The service was excellent. I took off one star because I wanted to query something in their terms and conditions so I called - I did not get an answer after waiting in a queue for 50 minutes!
The question I had was that part of their terms and conditions was (words to the effect of), 'if the money isn't cleared in their account by 3pm on the same day as the order, that they would return the money and charge £10 adim fee'. I was about to order at 2:50 pm and it appeared odd - I ended up waiting until the next day.

Used for both purchase and buyback of Swiss Francs. All expectations met and exceeded. Had to call with a query and this was answered promptly and professionally. The relationship between Sterling FX and Currency Club is a little confusing but apart from this, highly recommended.

Best Exchange Rates
I have used Sterling FX many times for travel money and they always have the best exchange rates. I always tell friends to go there too if they need foreign currency. Staff are always friendly and helpful and online communication is good.

My go-to holiday cash service
I have used Sterling FX for the last 3 trips abroad and they have been superb every time. Great experience with the 'click & collect' service
I highly recommend the 'click & collect' travel cash service from the shop on 105 Edgware Road. The exchange rate was excellent, I placed my online order and paid by bank transfer at 8 am, got an immediate emailed acknowledgement, got emailed confirmation of my payment at 10.30 am, got an email saying my (quite large) amount of USD cash was ready to collect at 11.00 am and the service at the counter a couple of hours later was polite and efficient, with a counting machine confirming the cash was all present.
