Beautifully crafted and comfortable
I am very happy with my order. It is beautifully crafted and very comfortable. Everything arrived carefully packaged for safe delivery. Item was easily assembled. I had previously bought other items from this company. I found the same standard of craftsmanship with each item. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent support
We have two beautifull chairs from Sternzeit with wrong stickers.
A mail to Sternzeit-support resulted in a quick response from them. They sended a letter containing the correct stickers.
Small problems are handled professionally as well! :-).

Happy after a long delay
Very happy with the product - looks lovely, good quality and easy installation - after waiting for it for a long time. My order was delayed because of a system error and it took some work to get hold of the customer service. But in the end they were very helpful and communicated well.

Great rockerexperience
It took a bit long for the chair to get delivered, but after mailing for it, we had it quit fat qnd got a present, pillow, for the inconvenience.
The chair looks verry beautiful and is quiet easy to ensemble. The screws are a bit more visible than I expected.
We love the chair. It rocks great.
The back is a bit short, so if you want some support for your neck you should go for the one with the larger backseat.

Good and beautiful chairs but the customer service was awful, late and bad delivery
06.03.2024 Beautiful and comfortable chairs. They seem high quality.
01.02.2024 I have received my chairs 10 weeks after I made my order despite the delivery time was 3 weeks but the delivery company refused to bring the chairs up to my floor and they left the chairs in the street so I had to bring the chairs up by myself so I needed to remove al the packaging at the street because it was impossible to take the huge boxes up.
03.01.2023 I haven’t received my chairs yet and I made the order 8 weeks ago, on 12th of november. it was supposed the delivery time was 1-3 weeks… I received an email on the 28th of december that the shipment had been left but It’s 3rd of january and I haven’t received anything.

Thank you for at least adapting the text of your review. I don't think the review is fair because you are partly blaming us for DHL's mistakes on site, but I suppose we'll have to live with that.
Especially when you consider that 1* virtually means that everything is/was terrible, I think that's a shame. But I understand if you are unhappy and want to leave the rating online like that, which of course affects us as a small family business.

I know that the order unfortunately took too long to reach you and then there were also problems with DHL. We only manufacture all furniture after receiving the order and unfortunately we have not always been as quick as we wanted to be recently and have now improved especially our communication.
However, as the chairs are now all with you, I would ask you to please at least adjust the text accordingly. Otherwise it looks as if we are withholding money and not despatching any goods, which is definitely not the case.

Helpful manager
I had to wait several weeks before getting a response for fabric samples. However the manager Markus did get involved after some time and sent me samples with tracking (thanks!). We've now received the samples but also ordered other furniture in the mean time. So now we are waiting for other furniture to arrive so we can match the samples to it before we place our order. So I can't speak yet to the quality of the product, but management was very helpful with the samples.

Couldnt be happier with my purchase
Couldnt be happier with my purchase - treated myself to a chair and footstool. The chair is striking in colour and so comfy to sit on. Materials are of really good quality. Customer service was faultless - purchasing it online was a bit tricky as I was getting it delivered to the UK but I communicated directly with them and they organised the payment. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but that was due to UK customs. The guys gave me details to keep track of the parcel. Assembly was also super easy. Totally recommend this company if you want some lovely furniture.
