I’ve been using this app for last 3 years and my exp is amazing. Steuergo is really convenient and intuitive to file for tax returns as it automatically fills and asks for expenses that can be deducted from the taxable income which i didn’t even knew about.

The software is ok, but the customer support is very bad. I had a problem with the expected and the actual tax refund.
Steuergo didn't receive my tax return summary from the tax office, so I got in touch with the customer support to understand how to fix the situation. The customer support basically said it's my problem and I have to deal with it. Which may be fair, but the problem is that they were very rude. So I was mistreated and didn't solve my problem. I don't givve 1 star only because the software served me well in the past.

Not only does their platform explain every single entry of tax declaration submission in English, but also their support team is very helpful and useful when it comes to following up with the tax office on queries and appeals. They also have tools to generate legal letters for such communications. This is by far they most well thought online tax submission platform I tried so far.

All the explanations are translated to English clearly. I am using the web application since years and will continue to do so. Recommended.

The interface is really easy to use, it gives you proper info whether you need to send something to your tax office or not and overall saves me on my taxes

I have used their service for the last two years and found it easy to use with good UX and great customer service.

I am using SteuerGo since 5 years and I am really pleased with the way it has developed to become my companion throughout the year to get information from the Tax-Office and to always stay up to date with my taxes. I just completed my claim for 2022, 2 days back and in the end SteuerGo helped me to use some "Pauschal" / Allowances to save me another €200. Really Helpful.

I would have liked to give 4.5 stars but since I can give only 4 or 5, I choose to give 4 because I would like the App to be more intuitive and help me with the scanning of invoices I receive throughout the year. Additionally, I would like to have the possibility to speak to a Consultant (may be at an extra price) to file my taxes and to see if there is something I am missing or something I can do better.

Well structured and simplified Tax return process. Help provided for each section and everything is translated perfectly. I have never had a problem with submitting my taxes in Germany since I started using SteuerGo.

I am using this Software since last 5 years and I am quite satisfied with it. It is available in multiple languages and you can easily find the help and support if you needed.
The most interesting thing is the Tipps at the end that how you can increase you tax returns.

Easy tax declaration for non German speakers. Very detailed information in each field and quick assistance of the personnel in case of questions. Very recommended!

For something as complex as the german tax system, SteuerGo makes it very simple and straight forward. I would definitely recommend their services.
