Preordered shoes on 16th March 24
Preordered shoes on 16th March 24, still no word as to when the order might be arriving. Customer Service said they would email me.......tumbleweed......If I knew preordered items would take this long, I wouldn't have bothered. Company shouldn't be advertising items for preorder if they cant fulfill the order, 3months wait is unacceptable. Never buy from this company again.

Return policy is ridiculous
I think it is ridiculous for a big company as Steve Madden for the customer to be responsible for returning the goods. I paid €21 for this return and that is way too much in my opinion.

Just terrible and I wish I had read these reviews. Can’t get anyone to contact me regarding returning my shoes.
There is an issue with their website trying to return items and they won’t acknowledge it. Can’t send the items back until they are registered apparently

I bought sandals last spring if I remember well, worn literally once - you can see that they look like new from the front, but look at the back…. Pity I cant add pictures here. I don’t know what happened - maybe they damaged during driving the car but imagine how fragile fake leather are they using! 100eur is super expensive for shoes that can be worn once. Very dissapointed.

Horrendous company to buy from
Horrendous company to buy from.
Bought my wife a pair of boots that arrived faulty. Attempted to return them but the return label wouldn’t print so attempted to contact via all their listed platforms, e mail, Facebook etc. ignored on everyone.
Eventually went through my bank and got my cash back through them who then contacted SM who all of a sudden replies within a day or two to dispute my claim, my return label suddenly appeared so I retuned my package, they confirmed they received to but still disputed my refund saying the believed the charge was correct, they refused to deal with me only my bank who thankfully agrees with me as I kept a copy of every attempt I made to contact them, receipts, pictures etc all of which SM denies even though you get an auto reply.
Would never ever buy a thing from them probably wouldn’t even take anything for free they are that bad. Their customer service is non existent and if you do buy do it with a card or through pay pal so you have an option to claim back or have some sort of protection.
