Registration

I found the registration process quite difficult,I am a regular user of the internet but the process took me several attempts.It needs to be clearer on where to find the details to register.

A bit disappointed

What can I say. A bit disappointed as brought from the company web site. It was advertised withe a 5 year guarantee with terms and conditions. Not sure about how the terms and conditions work but when I registered Lawn Trimmer I ended up with only a 2 year guarantee. Not sure if I would off purchase it I new this first.

We appreciate your feedback and can confirm that: to maintain a 5 year warranty, the machine must be serviced before the end of the 2nd year of ownership and annually thereafter. Evidence of servicing will need to be produced when making a claim. Failure to keep the machine serviced at these intervals will result in the warranty reverting to a standard 2-year period. All warranty terms and information is available on our website.

New owner of a Stiga product

Just purchased a Stiga ride-on mower and was able to create account, register my products and download manuals all within 30 minutes. Great website, very comprehensive and yet easy to find what I needed.

Very good 👍 quality for the price

Very good 👍 quality for the price. Compact and lightweight. Well packaged and came with a few accessories box spanner screwdriver and chain file.

Product delivered quickly and seems to…

Product delivered quickly and seems to be of good quality. Only problem so far has been registering the items, which as taken four attempts to be accepted, and even then some items' serial numbers were not recognised!

four star as i had to replace all my…

four star as i had to replace all my battery Stiga garden equipment from the lawn mower to hedge cutter because of change in battery design and i could not get replacement but as its good quality i replaced them.

Device that is constantly braking and requires repair

Purchased device, G600, in June 2022. Since then few times already required fixing. 2 repairs related with changing entire electronics inside. Situation just happened again and device not working again, not working at all
