Nothing close to the product advertised on the website. Customer service team offer compensation of $6 for a non returned item... they know the product is worthless, so don't want it back.

They do not respond to the emails. Not sure why they provided that on their contact page!

No customer service. They don’t reply to emails and keep payment after not receiving the parcel.
Left the parcel outside somewhere. Lied it was signed for after sending a picture of it being outside so could not of been signed for. Won’t reply to my emails or reply with automatic email and won’t process a refund saying they don’t deal with parcels once they have been sent.

The items I received did not match what I ordered. The pants material was very cheap, threads were already coming apart. They ship from China so returning the items were a hassle. It’s been months and they’re still being held by customs.

Worst clothes I ever bought. Also no option to return, they say they do but it’s a scam.

As everyone else has said, Stilches are a complete scam. They didn't clarify the order would be shipped from China or that it would take 4 weeks to be delivered. On top of that the clothes are nothing like they appear online and are shocking quality. I did actually ship back the clothes to China to the address they provided me with and the Royal Mail tracking link shows that they have been with Chinese customs for over a month (2 months after I first purchased). The email address provided for return queries responds with the same generic scripted message saying they haven't received the returned goods and provide absolutely no further detail or help. Please do not use this company, they will completely fold soon. I don't imagine I will be successful in receiving my refund however if anyone can read or speak Chinese to help me contact Chinese customs please let me know!

This is a complete scam website. Purchased 2 items. Received a random product that I did not order, none of the items I did. Horrible quality. Emailed multiple times with no response . Reporting the fraud to VISA but my money is probably gone

Horrific quality of products, when you try to contact them for a return label zero response and rejects your emails. Finally got somewhere disputing through Klarna they provided them with a Chinese address which you need to post them back to coating over £20. Stay clear

First impressions were good, however, the trousers soon ripped on the seams. Tried emailing and the two email addresses supplied are both invalid and the email doesn't send.

The website is a scam... they are the worst shirts I have ever seen and lived in Hong Kong for 7 years...
They are purely trying to scam people into buying and not being able to return. Use a credit card so you can get your money back

Absolutely rubbish. I Ordered 2 x the same style trousers in 2 colours. After waiting nearly 3 weeks, I received 2 items neither of which were what I had ordered! Have been trying to contact them to arrange a refund, but they don't even bother replying. Massive scam, and it doesn't seem like there's anything I can do about it.....

Placed an order 8/22 after seeing an instagram ad. Was going on a trip in 2 weeks, didn’t do any due diligence and figured it was just a good deal and I thought I’d have it in time for my trip. I even paid extra for the expedited shipping although I have zero clue what that extra money got me now. I emailed twice about the order to see what was going on with it in hopes of it arriving in time and never heard back once to this day, the package finally shipped over a week later 8/31. I then discovered it was coming all the way from china smh. Needles to say the package didn’t come in time, never heard back once and the order FINALLY arrived today a month later 9/19. I read some reviews here after ordering and while waiting and I was holding out hope regardless of what the reviews said that atleast I’d have decent outfits for next summer, but the outfits are hot garbage. They don’t match the photos at all, and they feel like they were made out of dental floss and are ready to fall apart. I’m never going to wear these and I’m not going to bother trying to return based on the other reviews, so I’m just accepting I lost $120 dollars. Steer clear, DO NOT waste your time with this site..

Horrible quality product. Bought the pants and it was a cheap polyester finish with broken stitches. Asked me to return for a refund and it costed me 30$ for it yet they have not acknowledged to receiving the product Amma is stuck with shipping for 3 months now. It seems like money is lost.

Brought a pair of trousers that came with the stitching unfinished so unable to wear. Contacted customer support who kept sending me generic replies saying I had to post back to China for a refund. I wasn't asking for a refund I wanted them to pay the repair charge.

Nothing was resolved. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Received my “corduroy” shirts the other day. Just cheap polyester, not cotton as advertised. No branding, no “signature pocket”, stitching is garbage and the size fits like an Old Navy XXXL not a regular XL. Zero response from whoever is running this scam with regards to refund, etc.

Absolutely shocking purchase. The two shirts I purchased are nowhere near what was described or pictured on the website. Neither have the 'signature pocket with sunglasses slot'. There is a pocket but they must have forgotten the signature part. The quality can only be described as Halloween fancy dress as it is polyester and spandex, not 100% cotton as stated. Of course when I go to search their instagram where I had originally found them, they are nowhere to be seen! Stay well clear

Terrible quality of clothing. The pants I ordered did not match the picture. It was like they pulled a picture from a different site and tried making a replica pant. The pants had a seam down the middle of the leg and no pockets. I tried contacting customer service for a refund and was not getting the response I was inquiring about. Almost seemed like it was a robotic response. This company is a scam!

Awful quality clothing, tried to contact to arrange a refund and received ridiculous robotic responses and no further forward. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
