I'm sure most other people commenting on here do too. I even tried to raise a dispute via PayPal and ended up with the same old rubbish response. For me to return the item it would cost near enough the same amount as I paid for the pieces of material... they're defo not trousers, they are absimal

The quality of the clothing was really poor, and you has to return the goods to China by yourself. The package has been stuck at customs for a month now, and the customer service appears to be nothing more than a robot sending completely incorrect generic information in response to my queries. I don't feel like I'm talking to a real person, and they are not addressing the issue at all. The package is still missing. Yes, I understand that; DHL even went out of their way to search for my package here and sent all the information to the return email address multiple times. Without success. I'll probably have to pay for it! Outrageous. And the email address on the website listed for support isn't even correctly associated with a domain, and you can't send an email there at all. NEVER AGAIN!! I'm so angry! People are just being ripped off.

These pants were absolutely terrible. The material felt like it was made of plastic grocery bags. The cut was even worse. Giant baggy legs that were 5 inches longer than described. The waist was several inches smaller than what I ordered. I didnt expect Savile Row quality but these are just garbage. Of course return policy requires you to ship them back to China and then theydecide if they will refund you. Of course, they did not!

Turned up on time quality is not the best doesn’t look like the picture won’t buy again

I have not received my order. Order was placed 3 weeks ago and when I contacted the company they told me it was held up in customs. No tracking detail was provided.

Worst pair of pants i have ever bought. Cheap material, took forever to be delivered, and couldn't contact any body. Never again.

Absolutely trash, product is cheap rubbish, horrific fitment, legs really short, material was atrocious.
Delivery time was over one month from order.
Do yourself a favour and buy from elsewhere.
Packaged and sent from China, no good at all.

Honestly the worst clothes I've ever purchased .I read the bad reviews and stupidly thought id try it anyway as I'm sure some of you still may do. I suggest you buy one item and dont get sucked in to the discount to buy multiple as you'll regret buying from here . I ordered two pairs of the same trousers in two colours and recieve cheap items nothing like the pictures and both were different from each other its practically fraud or a scam because the advert is so different .

Received 4 weeks later and they are so huge an elephant could fit them….never knew it was from china. If I did wouldn’t have ordered.. never have received anything good from there. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I placed an order about a week ago, I can’t get any sort of update from their tracker and their email address doesn’t work just keeps bouncing back to me.

This is one of the worst companies I've purchased from. I purchased three pants over a month ago and still haven't received them. Also the email they provide on the website isn't valid. I have no idea how this company is still in business, Most likely they aren't and they just keep stealing ppls money. Stay away. SCAM!!!

Avoid buying from here!! Quality of clothes is really bad and the sizes are not accurate. Return policy is shocking , they have to be returned to china which costs £20. I would recommend just paying a bit more for the clothes from another website

I swear don’t even waste your time, and do not use these bots as a reasoning to give this company your money. I ordered pants about a month ago with the “fast shipping” method and despite the tracking info saying delivered it never got to my post office, and if you try and contact them? They won’t answer, first and last time ordering anything off an instagram ad.

Do not use this company, it is a scam. Will take over 2 weeks for purchase to arrive even though i told them to cancel. When it does arrive the quality is horrific and nothing like described on website. If you want to return you need to send to China which costs more than what you paid for the clothes. Avoid at all costs, would suggest any positive reviews here have been paid to same

Got sent item’s which are terrible & nothing like the items shown in their Instagram ads. Tried contacting to get a refund but had no response. Do not buy!!
