Stillwhite was a great way to sell my pre-loved wedding dress! I think the once-off fee instead of commission is a great business model and love the fact you could boost your product when necessary. Moving the wedding dress industry to a sustainable, circular industry is amazing for the future of fabric wastage & dresses that would originally only get one wear.

I'm trying to buy a dress and have contacted a handful of sellers expressing my interest and asking for measurements and more pics, etc. And I couldn't understand why I wasn't getting any responses. Came to find out stillwhite flagged me for "suspicious activity" and never sent any of my messages. I feel very unhappy about that because I thought I found my dream dress in a few but just needed more details to know which one for sure was right for me. Contacted stillwhite and have received zero response. Thanks a lot for shutting down my excitement and happiness of finding my perfect dress for one of the most important days of my life at an affordable rate. I wonder how many other buyers have experienced the same and sellers not knowing someone was genuinely interested.

Crazy deal with a nice seller!

I never thought that I would be able to have a dress that made me feel like I was in a fairytale.
