Really easy to use site. I love that you pay a one time fee and not a percentage of your sale. Lots of brides looking for their perfect dress - I’m glad my dress gets to be worn again. It was too perfect to sit in a closet.

Had no luck with selling my dress. Waste of money. As if we didn't spend enough money on our wedding and this dress why not throw away another $35 for a "premium" selling service that isn't premium at all. Plenty of other free options to sell wedding dresses.

As a buyer, great platform. As a seller, awful experience. Forced to sign up to PayPal, got hacked & spam calls from 'paypal', 3 weeks later havn't received any money yet. Paypal holding $ because stillwhite isnt a trusted platform. Stillwhite not able to help, paypal not able to help. Out of pocket for upfront shipping expenses ($250). Buyer received dress weeks ago. Wouldn't recommend it as a seller, awful experience.

I couldn’t recommend this site more! I found my DREAM dress by Stella York for a third of the original price! The website makes it super easy to sort by a number of filters such as size, length, color, dress type, neckline, back cutout, height, designer, etc. AND you can select multiple if you’re not sure which is your favorite! There were a few dresses I ended up liking so I reached out to the sellers and they all responded in a timely manner!

Very happy with my experience at stillwhite, I love the idea of reusing wedding dresses. With the measurements I was able to find a dress that I love, fits me well, will need minimal alterations and was well within my budget. Highly recommend this website for wedding dress shopping.

Found my dream dress and cost only 1/5 of the MRP. And more surprisingly, there is no any alterations needed because the seller and I have exact the same measurements!

The website itself is set up perfectly, so easy and straight forward to use. Safety measures in place when payments are made / taken with endless options of dresses!

I unfortunately had an expensive dress that didn’t arrive in time for my wedding that I needed to sell to attempt to minimize my loss. I probably wouldn’t have sold my dress without this website. My husband had it on ebay and etsy for months and it didn’t sell despite the fact that it was a high value designer dress that had never been worn or altered. My only regret is that I didn’t get it on stillwhite sooner. If I had listed it before my particular dress was discontinued, I probably could’ve made more. The problem was that people were no longer going to try on that style in the shop then research it online since that design was discontinued. Thankfully, I was at least able to make something because a local buyer was able to try to dress on and ended up buying it. This was really the only scenario it would’ve sold. I’m glad it worked out. It is really a win win for the buyer as well because she got a dress that was just as high quality never worn and never altered that she could’ve paid triple the price for in a bridal shop.

Fabulous was easy to use, had a little trouble getting on to the seller originally but with a little help from stillwhite customer service member I had purchased my dress within 48hrs.

It is a genuine marketplace with no scammers.

Stillwhite popped on my radar while I was deciding where to sell a designer wedding dress, I looked at Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, ThredUp and Poshmark, but listing a wedding dress among wedding dresses seemed to make a lot more sense than the inherit sketchiness of FB Marketplace. I appreciated the 8 photograph carousel and the guidance of how to write a description while using the terms and descriptions unique to wedding dresses in particular. I sold my dress in a week, and appreciated the guidance to use the in-app PayPal experience.

Advertisement for dress stated dress was new and unworn.
After I received dress I saw the tag on inside was worn badly and the zip was wrecked. Contacted seller who was not the bride… the bride had worn it and had lied in the advertisement. All this was discovered a few days after I had dress so I have been unable to return it or get refund or take any action for a dress that is apparently to hard to fix (according to local repairs and alterations businesses!)
Have to buy ANOTHER dress now! Livid! What a waste of money and time!

Stillwhite site was so easy to use and the posters were very helpful and responsive!

The process of listing the dress was simple, with excellent guidance from Stillwhite. I received emails from several viewers and sold the dress to the second person who emailed me. I am very grateful to Stillwhite.

I had a great experience with Stillwhite as a seller. It was easy to list and my dress sold within three weeks.

I have paid $50, listed my dress, followed all of Stillwhite's advice including reducing the price of my dress, adding additional photos and including lots of details and waited over 18 months. It has not sold and stillwhite's advice has not helped with anything. They have not offered a refund. I'm not happy with the service that Stillwhite has offered and am unsatisfied.
