Still White was so easy to use. I got my DREAM dress for over $1,000 off with no blemishes. It was extremely easy to contact the seller and work out payment through PayPal. The only thing I would have changed is having a built-in system to generate the shipping quote instead of the seller doing it manually. It just slowed down the process a little until the store responded but all in all I had no issues and everything moved swiftly.

I bought my dress and it was exactly how she was listed. A lovely dress for a good price. I recommend StillWhite

It took a few months but I ultimately found a buyer for a brand new dress I posted for sale. Love the ease of creating a post as well as the templatized features. I like how it provides regular performance summaries of your post so that you can decide to adjust any posting details or price to make your post more competitive. I also love that the platform reaches a global audience - I ended up finding a buyer in South Korea and I happened to be traveling there a week after so I had the unique opportunity to deliver the dress in person. I think it's important that the platform offers more payment methods across international markets as PayPal isn't widely accepted in many countries.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve had the worst experience selling my dress through the site, they offer no seller protection. If a buyer decides they want to get a freebie they raise there’s issues through PayPal (still white have no involvement at all) and PayPal can decide the buyer has to send the dress back or get a refund despite no evidence showing any reason for this. Ive lost months of going round in circles with PayPal and lost hundreds through postage and PayPal charges with a dress being sent back to me now, I have no idea what condition in (she could have worn the dress by now)

Still white have THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. They take on average a week to get back to you, no support and no number to call. Avoid!

100% recommend Stillwhite to sell your dress. Although mine went down in views over the weeks, I still managed to get it sold in just under 2 months which is actually unbelievable. I had expected over 6 months to a year.
Felt very safe and messages were emailed as soon as they came through.

This website needs a major upgrade. The user interface and experience are super confusing, and I work in technology. Additionally, there are many scammers who are flagged as such yet not removed from the platform?? Eventually I was able to sell my dress, but the process was tedious and unclear. If I could do it over again, I would've used a tried and tested platform like Poshmark.

Super easy to browse and find wedding dresses at a great price.
Communicating with the seller was really easy.
Payment process was a little unclear at first but the help page is very informative.

Lots of beautiful wedding dresses to choose from. My purchase was really easy and straight forward and my seller had the dress to me within a couple of days.

While it took almost a year to sell my dress, Stillwhite as a platform was so easy to use and they offered so many helpful tips. I knew it would take some time to sell as the style was not what most brides now look for. But I was constantly getting updates and tips for repositioning my listing that were very helpful. And the messaging and payment platforms were secure and easy as well. So glad I choose them for my listing!

Stillwhite provides a platform that is great for both sellers and buyers of wedding dresses! I was able to find the perfect dress at an amazing price after many months of searching local stores and other online platforms. Zero star. You get good exposure for a week then dips and no one sees your ad
They ask for more and more money only for your ad to be buried by the newest ads within days. Customer service is a joke. The app didn't even notify me of the dew people that did respond. Still waiting for a refund. Don't waste your money. Better off going on gumtree of Facebook market

Writing a review because I found other reviews really helpful and reassuring back when I was looking. I would really recommend Still White.

I found my dream dress on Still White and the seller shipped it internationally to me (NZ to UK). Obviously you’re spending a lot of money so I was really nervous putting my faith in the site and the seller but I am SO glad I got my dress through still white. It all went smoothly and my dress arrived just as described. You can keep in contact with the seller, ask questions or for more photos etc.

Just be careful to check shipping costs and import duties/tax and take it into account in your budget if you are buying from abroad!
