Stirling Health where’s my refund?
01/11/24 - order placed.
19/11/24- rang to complain as goods not received. It transpired that though I had received an order confirmation email, my order could not be found on their system.
21/11/24 - rang again, was told refund had been issued.
05/12/24 - rang again (one month after the money was debited from my account) was told by Stirling to check with my bank as it was issued by them (Stirling Health) on 20/11/24.
11/12/25 - rang Stirling after my bank confirmed no refund received.
12/12/24- rang Stirling and was informed that there had been internal issues hence the funds had not been released previously, but the correct and full refund was issued that day
20/12/24- still no refund received. Stirling again cited internal issues for my missing refund. Still saying it has been issued. It’s not issued until the monies are sent to me
Needless to say I will keep chasing but I will NOT be buying from this company again though my previous transactions had been issue free.
