Great customer service. I had mistakenly put the wrong delivery address for my time piece after I ordered and the team was able to get it fixed with in 30 mins of my request. This is a great time piece (I got the Durant). Great material and craftmanship. 10/10 recommend.

The Durrant GMT is the real deal. From the moment it arrived in that rugged impact-resistant case, I knew this was something different... a brand that actually cares about what it puts into the world.

The 42mm case wears perfectly, the NH34 automatic movement runs clean, and the Super-LumiNova on the dial and ceramic bezel is genuinely impressive for night readability. The GMT function is intuitive and practical, and the sapphire crystal and DLC finishing give it a toughness that matches the story behind it. This watch was built with intention, and you feel that on the wrist every single day.

What really sets Stirling apart is the ethos. Founded by a serving soldier, tested in the field, and committed to giving back to Combat Stress... this isn't just a watch company, it's a community. That means something to me personally as a veteran.
I'm also a huge admirer of Jay Cal and what he's brought to the watch world in terms of passion and authenticity... and Stirling Timepieces embodies that same energy. Would love to meet Jay someday and talk shop. Hoping to add more pieces to the collection soon.

Timepiece arrived very quickly , really nicely packaged. Has the the feel of a quality product. I did have some issues regarding the lume not lasting very long but my query regarding this was answered very quickly. I think we just need some sunny weather to charge the lume up. I will monitor this.

Fast shipping! The watch is built well and keeps good time

The shipping was quick, and the product is awesome. However the compass I bought with it doesn’t point true north that the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

The ordering process was simple. I received my order in Southern California way faster than I anticipated. The quality of design and even the packaging exceeded my expectations.

I bought my Durrant back in December 2025 and can honestly say it’s my favourite watch. The watch is tough and when I’ve accidentally caught the face it’s left no scratches. The straps are strong and I’ve since bought a new strap to change them out just for how it looks.

I’ve made multiple purchases including a strap and spring bars (just in case) and everything is top quality.

I work in a demanding job that can be physical at times and the watch always holds up. The design and packaging of the products is perfect. Living in the UK meant quick delivery.

I believe in what Stirling stand for and I have encouraged a few veteran mates who were impressed with the watch to look at Stirling.

I will be a customer for life and am already looking at what watch I will be buying next.

I ordered an automatic watch, partly for the look and partly for their charitable work. Had a slight issue with the watch running out of time and they were happy to adjust. Since then the watch has run perfectly. Excellent service

The entire purchasing process with Stirling Timepieces was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Shipping was incredibly fast, and being able to track the order seamlessly via the Shop app and Apple Wallet is a great, modern standard.

However, the real standout is the unboxing experience. The watch comes packaged in an awesome, rugged crate that immediately sets the tone. Every detail inside feels premium and meticulously thought out, especially the heavy, metal warranty card, which is a fantastic touch. My order included an extra strap, and thanks to a great promotion, I was easily able to add a third one.

Absolutely stunning watches ,I have the Upham. It's beautiful for the price of it you can't go wrong. Id put it in the same league as Hamilton and Oris. Only with Stirling you are getting it alot cheaper. Auto movement is great and the detail on the face and bezel is amazing. I bought the Arctic face version and I love it. The weight of the watch is great too , doesn't feel cheap at all. The fact that its a GMT has a date and is auto is a no brainer. The packaging and case it comes in is also a selling point. I had an issue with the bracelet and Stirling replaced it with in a few days. So Thanks alot for that.

This brand was so great! I got my husband the upham white face, he absolutely loves it. It really does look at as good as the socials and with being military the cause is all the more reason.
If anyone of you guys are weary or cautious, please don’t be. These watches are good quality, the shipping is fast (and very durable), they have the same specs as any Seiko or Hamilton.

I bought the Durrant GMT as a gift for my husbands birthday. He was so excited he could not believe it. He has been looking at Stirling watches for so long. It is a beautiful piece of work. It seems like it will be able to take the beating work will put it through (lots of field time!)
