Hit and miss; a game of chance.
Stitch Fix can be so hit and miss. I sometimes wonder if the real people (that Stitch Fix are adamant they use as stylists) actually read the comments/feedback on their selections or whether that the paucity of inventory is the issue. It is a frustrating experience for those of us who give a list of "no's" but still end up receiving the very same stuff that they have declared unsuitable. I have been with Stitch Fix for nearly three years and have an extremely mixed experience. Stylists seem to move around too which is annoying once you've embedded with one, a new one pops up which doesn't allow for continuity. There is so much going for the concept of this company but somehow there is a glitch in the matrix. I have yet to receive a box whereby I have kept every item and thus receive the discount.

Fashion I'm between my age 69 but more in 50s young but not too young styles.
Otherwise beautiful and stylish and good quality products.
I look forward to receiving them .
Maybe look at new season clothes fit and styles.

Absolutely brilliant :)
I can’t praise Stitch Fix highly enough. I have been receiving their Fixes for a while now, since lockdown when it wasn’t possible to go out shopping as normal. Without fail, Stitch Fix gets the sizing of outfits spot on. I have lost count of the number of fixes where I have loved and kept every item. A lot of the clothes they send are a bit different to the things you can get on the high street too, which is nice.
However on my latest fix they have gone above and beyond. My fix arrived just a few days before going on holiday, and for the first time I had received some shoes in my box. I loved the shoes, but they were slightly too big, so I opted for an exchange, sending a note to ask if it would be possible for them to send the replacements out to arrive in time for me to take them on holiday, never dreaming that this would be possible. This was at midnight on the night of my fix arriving. By the next morning my replacement shoes were dispatched on a next day service, and will be arriving today in time for my holiday! Amazing service, when I thought Stitch Fix couldn’t get any better! Thank you so much! 😁

Disappointed 😭
I haven’t kept any of the items that came. I have said what I don’t like, but keep getting the things I don’t like. It’s been really disappointing

customer service good, stylist service not so good
The customer service is good when have a complaint but the stylist service falls below the mark. in the preview, 2 out of the 7 slots wasted with items I have clearly stated in preferences that I would not wear. Styles do not feel personalised to me.

Good service, good clothes
The clothes/items received are always a good mix. I've never had a box where I didn't keep any of the items. This means I essentially don't need to shop for clothes anymore, which is perfect for me. The only downside is Royal Mail never delivering on time, despite the tracking emails. Not Stitch Fix's fault, but annoying nonetheless.

It just feels a bit more special
It just feels a bit more special, quality items that will last and that suit my style and shape. I get my fix every 3 months so works well with the seasons. I've just had my 3rd Fix and delighted with 3 dresses and 2 cardigans to co-ordinate.

Life changing!
Excellent process, customer service and wonderful clothes. I have neither time nor the desire or style(!) to spend time searching for clothes that suit me. Stitch fix are slowly helping me to create a completely new wardrobe - I already look so much more stylish for work and day to day! I love it and tell everyone to use it!

I love stitch fix. The clothing is quality. I have only had to return 1 item as I already had it but overall very satisfied with what I have received.
Fantastic service all round
They’ve been really great if I’ve been late telling them what I want to keep or return, accepting returns even if late. Clothes have been fantastic, service impeccable
I really rate stitch fix
I really rate stitch fix. It is very straightforward to plan a fix, change dates and to return items. And the customer service really is excellent. I have had an issue with a pair of trousers coming apart at the seam and also when I missed a return date, both problems were resolved very quickly.
Amazingly surprised
I received clothes that I would have never bought myself but looked great on me so I was very pleased with how easy was to order and swap sizes and even return 1 item.
Order cancelled without my consent
To my horror I discovered that stitch fix cancelled my order without my consent when I had already chosen items needed for a wedding simply because I asked them to check the items were the size I requested within the 30 hour review period! I now have nothing to wear for the wedding.
They claim the stitch was chosen at a different size but it was not. The size I requested was the size I originally requested and there is absolutely no reason whatsoever for this to be cancelled. I am now left worrying what on earth I’m going to wear to the wedding and how I will possibly find the time to get something else less than 4 days before when I work full time! Not only this but I was told the items I already chose may no longer be available despite me choosing them less than 24 hours ago, when I was told I had 30 hours to review them! I was told to name these items to get them again but I do not remember their names! They have now taken another £10 from me when my items were already picked and due to arrive on Saturday and told me they won’t now come until Tuesday, too late for the wedding! They say contact your stylist but there is nowhere to do this. This company is meant to reduce time and stress not increase it!
There is no number to call to actually speak to anyone and no one bothered to reply to my chat. Very upsetting indeed!
Stitch fix I need you to get these items to me on Saturday as I already paid the style fee (twice now in fact) and this is when they are due! If you don’t I will have nothing for the wedding!
I was told the date cannot be rescheduled even though the fix was cancelled without my consent. I was also told a manager would call me but they have not.

I love using Stitch Fix
I love using Stitch Fix. I always keep one or two pieces from my box. I like how the items are quite different to what I’d look at or buy in shops or online. The sizing is great too.
Great service
Always fun to see what will arrive. Easy to skip or direct stylists. Nearly always end up with one new item or outfit & it’s always something that ends up being a favourite in my wardrobe. Thanks
