My stylist listened to everything I said and chose bang on what I liked!

Stitch Fix have provided me with well fitting clothes that work together, which I would not have put together myself. The clothes mix and match each other, getting value for money. They are easy to return in the prepaid box.

Really like the jumpsuit, it is very flattering.
I thought the other choices were a little frumpy and on the big side. I have narrow shoulders, so some tops look too big, even though I'm a 14 on the bottom

I would seldom ever buy evey item as the items all tend to be over £40 and therefore a little expensive for me to buy everything i'm afraid.

I’ve received 2 fixes now and I loved both parcels. I found a few pieces in each that I liked a lot and I get compliments on all these items! The rest of the pieces were also great ideas as I asked them to suggest new styles. I never bought the full box due to not wanting to spend that amount of money but to be fair, with the 20% discount and the refund of the stylist’s fee, it would have been a bargain for 5 pieces of clothing.
I like that you can give feedback and it’s actively taken onboard. I asked for warmer clothes, long sleeves, as I live in Scotland and our summers aren’t that warm, and they did provide me with a few items matching those criteria and idea to match them to any style.
I also like that I can rate styles every day on the app and I definitely feel like the clothes are generally my style or something new I’m open to try. The sizes are usually a great fit too, which was one of my worries.
There have been times when I struggled to book my next parcel due to being fewer stylists available but I’ve now subscribed to the automatic shipment every 4 weeks so I’m excited to receive my next one soon!

I have tried Stitch Fix for around a year or so and liked the idea of being introduced to new styles I would not have normally tried. However, the pieces are pretty expensive for what you get. I also don't feel like my profile tastes are taken into account very much. I see all sorts of cute clothes in the ads that I would love, but my stylist recommendations seem to be dowdy, beige, navy, mumsy, and ENDLESS jeans.
I'm UK size 18 which is the largest size they go to last time I checked. it might be that they can't source the good stuff for my size (shame) or the stylist is making assumptions of what a woman of my age and size might want to wear and are getting it wrong.

I think these guys have got me to a T. I’m never disappointed with my selection and the quality of the items is of a very high standard.

So disappointed with my Fix. I was sent some winter outfits and items not suited to my wardrobe.
So discouraged that I didn’t try any of it on and have returned my order.
My initial experience of Stitch Fix was glowing and you sent some great fixes. However recent deliveries have been disappointing.
I will be cancelling my account as there is no point ordering.

I had the same stylist, Claudia who really looks at my profile and reads and comes up trumps. I have the most gorgeous Only coatigan in my favourite colour and it fits a treat.
So easy too to return unwanted items - just so delighted my daughter introduced me to Stitch fix nearly 2 years ago now.

So easy to use. Fast delivery. Clothes are high quality and they listen to what you say. Love them.

The personal stylist really listened to what I needed and my style preferences.

Uninspiring choices. A black skirt, same blouses in a different colour. My notes just don't seem to be read. There were red trousers which I loved on preview, but they weren't in the box.

I got the box the first time, hated it. Emailed customer services and I’ll be honest they were understanding. They added a £10 credit to my account which I was very grateful about and they shipped another box out without an added cost. When the second box came, I wasn’t too keen on it so sent all items back. Did not hear a word from them after that (excluding promotional emails that come through a lot more frequently than I’d like). It’s been a few months now since I last ordered the box. Went back on my account and that £10 credit has disappeared. Very disappointed. They pick things out from stock they already have so it isn’t really personalised to you, hence why you’ll get odd bits and bobs that don’t suit your style at all. Wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your money

I would prefer the fix included a full outfit rather than just individual pieces. I don't think this service suits me.

I tried stitch box alongside their competitor's box twice now and sadly chose to go ahead with the competitor. I loved stitch fix website and their algorithm "new" my style pretty well after months of playing around with their "would you wear this" application. However, the boxes were disappointing. I'm not convinced my shopper checked my preferences as I clearly stated what I don't like but received just that. The items are also quite expensive for what they are.
