Absolutely Terrible Quality Own Brand Clothes
Clothes look nice enough but of absolutely terrible quality. At least all of the brands I was sent - which I assume are mostly stitch fix's own brands.
I really cannot stress how bad these clothes are.
Every single item of clothing I have acquired through stitch fix has ended up, ironically, with one of or a combination of: stitching coming undone, outright tears in the inner lining, buttons hanging loosely by a single thread and zips breaking. This wouldn't be acceptable in any scenario, however these weren't cheap items either. I bought a £200+ jacket which ended up with most of the above issues after a couple of months of use..
Theses are clothes that I've owned for a handful of months - I have other clothes I've owned for more than a decade that haven't degraded in the slightest compared to the rubbish stitch fix sent.
The 'build' quality of stitch fix clothes is honestly abysmal. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went through a second three monthly refresh cycle but found the same issues, and as a result cancelled my account with them.
I should add that my partner also cancelled her account for exactly the same reason.

Once again my wishes were not really…
Once again my wishes were not really listened to. I asked for white or light colours and some dark colours were sent. I also asked for cotton or linen, but an acrylic items was sent. I don't really feel listened to. I sent all items back although I liked a couple of them. However, as one of those items was not the right size I decided to return the lot.

Once again I’ve not had a phone or a reply to my email this has now been going on for weeks and I’m now at my 21st email to you. STILL NOT GOT MY REFUND!!!!!
I have used the email address 20 times!!! And still no refund, no phone call nothing! This is ridiculous. I have sent proof of returns yet here I am 20 emails later still waiting on my refund. I mean really… this is a joke

Thank you for the reply. I’ve trying using the live chat but can’t access this. It would be preferable if someone could call me as I’ve requested roughly about 19 times now via my 19 emails that have been sent with no reply. I have already advised what has happened and also that there is proof of return. I’m unsure what other proof you require… I mean what will it take for me to get my refund; I mean what does it take tracking down the delivery driver who returned the stitch fix parcel and getting him to see you face to face, because as it’s going now what else do you need from. Your device is disgusting as is your customer service. You have my phone number so I would like a call tomorrow afternoon… do you think this is achievable?!?!?!
My stitch fix box was delivered to the Post Office however as I have been unwell I was not able to collect and my stitch fix box was returned via the post office to stitch fix (confirmation proof that it had been returned). A week or so later £200 was taken from my bank account. I emailed stitch fix as there is no phone number to contact them on. I explained the circumstances. I also asked for a phone call as they state you can do on via the message service. Now 19 emails later I’m still waiting on my phone call and still not received a refund. I am extremely angry and disappointed with the stitch fix customer service and the way I have been treated. I doubt very much I’ll get my money back from them as they clearly don’t give a call back as stated and 19 emails on and still nothing.

This was Fix #4. Previously I have chosen at least 2/3 garments, and the other items have been liked but been too long for me, I am 5ft tall and standard fit is far too long for me.
I left, what I thought, was a detailed explanation of items that suit me best, this fix appeared not to have been guided by that message.
The one item I did keep was one of my favourite brands. I was disappointed with this fix as others have been nearer the mark to my style. When indicating my likes and dislikes the section labelled for me appeared to have got everything I would wear, not one of those items were in this fix. I will continue to order fixes as it gives me access to brands I otherwise would not be able to purchase, I just hope my next fix will contain items indicated in my choices.

The future of clothes shopping!
Stylist always chooses great items that suit my style. Delivery is reliable and returns are easy. I like having control over what I keep and how I pay. 20% discount on all 5 items is really good value.

I really love the clothes I receive, though not a good choice before delivery,
I have been with Stitchfix for a while and they still don’t offer my size in foot wear and continue to show me garments I have asked them not too.
Do they listen, I’m not sure.
This is why I am in the middle with them.
Thinking of looking at other Avenues…..

Good as a treat but so expensive
I enjoy doing the daily style shuffle and I feel the more I do it, the more my own style is recognised. I do think the items are very overpriced and in my last feed back I did ask that no individual item be more than £30-£35 to keep more in my budget. However, this was mostly ignored as 3 out of the 5 items were over £50.
It’s a lovely idea and good as a treat but I found myself thinking what items did I like the least so I could send something back as it was so expensive. I’ll probably get another box at the end of the year as a treat

As a well-built man, I love Stitch Fix! Seriously, I struggle to find clothes that fit me and aren't going to burst over my thighs and chest, but SF manage to deliver me a box of clothes that work well. My stylist is very responsive and chooses clothes that suit me to a "T"
