this is a scam

I bought a custom made cross stitch kit, which has cost me over £150. I was given a tracking number which was what I can only assume as fake. I never got my order. They the tracking stated as delivered which it was not. I have contacted the company every day since and they kept arguing with me instead of trying to resolve the issue and now they are just flat out ignoring me. I would not shop here again and would not recommend anyone else to shop with them either. I have lost a lot of money, and they do not seem to care. It’s a shame that they get away with this disgusting scam.

Scam !!!

Never received my order, contacted the company via email, said that it was delivered successfully it it was not, I never got the item nor my money back which was over £100. I think they are out to con/scam people. Do NOT shop with this company !!!
