I have been going to Helen for over 10 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is a real doctor not just an aesthetician. I trust her knowledge and many years of experience. She knows what is right for each individual. She keeps a good record of what is right for me and always errs on the side of restraint offering adjustments after 2 weeks . So I never fear ‘going to far .

Helen is a true professional . I feel completely confident in her ability and good eye to help me age gracefully . I received A skin boosting filler on my cheeks and eyes and after 2 out of 3 treatments my skin is notably improved in texture and plumpness . The effect is so natural and I couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough .

I booked an appointment for a rather unconventional issue—a permanent and strong 24/7 involuntary chin twitch that had been troubling me for some time. While waiting to see a neurologist, my GP suggested trying Botox as a temporary stop-gap measure.

I feel very fortunate to have somehow stumbled upon Dr Helen's clinic from Googling around blindly, because Helen was nothing short of incredible. The clinic's admin responded swiftly to my inquiry, setting up an appointment at a great price compared to other clinics.

Unfortunately, Botox was not effective for my specific issue, and after my second appointment, Helen even offered to wave the fee due to the treatment being ineffective for my rather unique and specific issue. Someone else wrote, "She is focused on the best results and patient care and not profit." and I think this gesture demonstrates that extremely well.

Not only that, but throughout both of my visits, her professionalism and friendliness stood out, making the entire experience feel like a breeze.

I wholeheartedly recommend the clinic. Helen’s focus on achieving the best possible outcomes, coupled with her kindness, experience, and extremely fair pricing, sets her apart from others in the field. In my opinion, she is head and shoulders above her peers, and if you are seeking the kind of treatment that she offers, then you should look no further.

I completely trust Helen’s expertise and knowledge. She is a very skilled cosmetic practitioner and medical doctor. She is also super quick which is really helpful if you hate needles! I am always delighted with the results. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I first started going to Helen in 2008 when I lived near Wimbledon where she had her practice. Since then I have retired to the countryside and ever since I have attended her Bath clinic.
Helen is utterly professional and I have the utmost faith in her decisions as to what should be done to improve my facial appearance.
I must be Helen's oldest client, and I see her now not out of a fear of becoming unattractive but to improve my tired appearance.
Helen never tries to 'sell' a treatment, she only suggests a course of action.
I saw her under a week ago, and after a chat and a careful scrutiny of my face, I had my usual Botox and the suggested fillers to lift my sagging jawline.
I can already see the difference. I look rested and my sagging jawline has firmed up. I shall continue seeing Helen as long as my appearance is important to me.

Professional, clean, friendly and flexible. I like the way you can make an appointment for a day and time and then actually discuss with Helen what you may need. She is very helpful and often suggests less rather than more. She uses the proper products ie Botox - Juvaderm - not the cheaper unregulated versions. Her receptionist is also extremely helpful. Prices very reasonable. She often has offers as well.
