This was my first experience of ordering from this company. The process was easy and straight forward.
The descriptions of the product were clear and accurate. The only downside for me was the length of time between order and delivery but then the company is based in the Caribbean & itwas the christmas period so I can understand. I do like that they use Royal mail for delivery. All in all a good experience, I would recommend using this company.

The sea moss gel is absolutely amazing! I’m already feeling the benefits and the effect of it. More energy more focus looking and feeling better all round. I take 2 tablespoons per day I directly ingest it from the spoon into my mouth, I do not mix into anything!
Honestly it really is a good product from St Lucia co. I’ve been taking sea moss for years and I wouldn’t turn back now.
Also delivery was super fast & customer service great as well.

So I started using the yoni steaming pack from St Lucia sea moss and after five years of no pregnancy after being on no contraception of any sort either I used this steam 3 times at most in the September- October time now I'm pregnant! I honestly belive in all herbal remedies i just never expected to heal my womb so fast I feel blessed and grateful for this blessing and gift.

Second time ordering and I got what was said on the box. Very satisfied 😎☮️

We received notification that our seamoss had arrived and it did not. We sent an email to the company with no reply. The seamoss has now arrived but shipping and customer service is horrible. We want to support this company and have done so for many years, but shipping and customer service has truly gone down.

The sea moss along with the sour sop leave were of excellent quality compared to the ones I have previously brought. The seamoss fills me with so much energy when I make my strong back shakes. Being type 2 diabetic I thought I'll try the sour sop leaves, they were also amazing and I love the taste.

What i would like to see is more update on the process of delivery. I got the product in 4 days which was quite long. Apart from that I will order in advance.

Very quick Delivery, not to mention they packaged my sea moss gel which is in a glass jar very well to ensure product safety to the max.
I emailed them before purchasing a couple questions about their products and they got back to me the very next day with lots of fantastic information.
The company is great, and I highly recommend- there is something very warm and caring about them - they care for their customers and it shows. I will be re purchasing!
