Good quality arrived promptly and well packed. Too soon to notice significant health benefits as I'm already pretty healthy with a few minor issues with digestion that I hope the sea moss will help out with. Have heard from local place that sells sea moss drink that St. Lucia is the cleanest and best area for sourcing sea moss. I hope to buy the moss and make my own gel next time to save money.

Just wow, I’m a poorly lady shouldn’t of even tried seamoss as I have serious bowel issues and other ongoing issues I also read you can’t take this with IBD, I was about to give up and except I needed steroids for the rest of my life and then I tried this and WOW it’s helped my bowel a lot and even taken me off my steroids for now! I can’t take it everyday 1 tablet every 3-4days is enough for me as makes me constipated instantly! Makes me happy gives me energy only thing is, it takes my appetite away but everyone is different, definitely worth a try ❤️
