Very speedy delivery and my laptop looks brand new. I've reccomend to family already.
I had/have 1 concern that my laptop was over heating a little but I think this was due to set up and updates running. I emailed and got a response back the next day. I'm going to keep an eye on it as see how it goes (okay so far). But very happy with the service.

Sent me a faulty controller
Sent me a faulty controller with a drift issue in the left analog stick I told them as soon as possible and sent the item back. They emailed me saying they are going to impact the item but it’s been over a week and no update or refund.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing an iPhone 13 from Stock Must Go Ltd via Back Market. Upon arrival, the phone’s Face ID was completely non-functional. This is a key security and usability feature, and its failure rendered the phone unfit for purpose.
I had the phone inspected directly by Apple, who confirmed the issue is a hardware fault, quoting £429 for repair. This reflects the severity of the defect and makes it clear the device should never have been sold in this condition. Either it was knowingly faulty, or it was not tested at all before dispatch — both unacceptable.
Despite raising this with Stock Must Go Ltd, they refused to accept any responsibility, instead pushing me back to Back Market. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the seller is responsible for goods that are faulty or not as described, yet they have failed to engage or take accountability.
I have already contacted Citizens Advice, and their guidance confirms the legal responsibility lies with the seller. Despite this, Stock Must Go Ltd have now stopped responding altogether.
The situation caused me immense inconvenience, including the inability to capture key moments at a family wedding, and a great deal of stress and wasted time.
I would strongly advise any potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this seller. A business that fails to take responsibility for its own errors and neglects its obligations under consumer law is not trustworthy.

Over spray all over bottom row of keys. Track pad had a self adhesive sticker on it which was full of air bubbles which has hammered the functionality of the pad.
