Excellent customer service, clothing in excellent condition
The three items ordered were beyond my expectations- it was the first time I had purchased preloved clothing on line so wasn’t sure what to expect but everything was in excellent condition. The only reason the rating isn’t five stars is because one of the items was missing from the original parcel. But the seller responded immediately when contacted and the missing item was couriered the next day. Excellent follow up.
