The set of dishes that I ordered arrived on time, and with no damage or issues. The quality and feel of each dish is great. They will definitely be my go-to store for dishes from now on.

My only reservation is that the mugs are 10 ounces -- a bit bigger than I would've liked. But that was my error -- not yours.

The dishes arrived in perfect condition. No damage. Great looking set.
One issue had I known prior to purchasing is the dishes scratch easily. Tried to remove the scratches according to instructions listed on the website but to no avail.

All of the flat dishes had very visible glaze bubbles on top. Also the bottom of the dishes were very rough and could easily scratch the countertop

I absolutely love this pattern. The sage green with brown speckles was just what I was looking for. It seems as if it is well made. The reason for the four stars is because the rims are not glazed. Every time you pick one up you can feel the roughness in your hand. I have no idea why they would have done this. It’s not a nice feeling or sound. My hope is that over time those rough edges will smooth down from the use.

The dinnerware I bought scratched in my first use as I cut eggs with a fork. I need to return them and sent a note as required for return. I haven't heard a thing.

Considering all the dinnerware shipped..not a single one broken or chipped. Very happy with it. Durable and beautiful set.

Dishware came on time and looks beautiful. Mostly in good condition, with the exception of two plates that arrived broken (like the package had been dropped at some point) - but then I emailed customer support and the issue was resolved incredibly quickly within just a few days. Very happy with both the product and customer support.

I was looking for some salad plates to augment my set and couldn’t find any. I contacted the customer support team and they helped me to get some. There was some confusion with the order but the team managed to resolve the issue and send the correct items quickly. I’m very happy with the results and the team.
