Just starting the program. I haven't drank for two days... just signing up for the program helped me before I even started the exercises. I'm very grateful that this exists.
Listened to two hypnosis tracks...very nice.

I have recently joined Craig's programme on line. I must say it has changed my life, to give me the reason to stop drinking when nothing else seemed too. His advice is amazing, the FB members group is also really helpful. I am only 4 days in and already feeling much more like 'me'. Thanks Craig!

Nothing new or groundbreaking. Save your money. Not a helpful program.

I have attended Craigs program 3 years ago and I am free of alcohol for those 3 years and very happy with that. I can enjoy parties and serve alcohol without any problem, I just don’t need to drink it. I was trying to quit/moderate alcohol for quite a time before this program program, but without any success. I believe that no other words are needed here...

The concept of being educated on the effects of alcohol rather than simply declaring yourself an "alcoholic" made a lot of sense to me. The idea is that through the knowledge provided, you no longer even want to drink as opposed to learning tactics to avoid something you love. It's working well for me!

I had been following Craig Beck on YouTube for quite awhile as I began separating myself from alcohol. His book "Alcohol Lied to me" is excellent and his Stop Drinking Course, which I finally did purchase and got most of the way thru is quite inspirational as well. I am a non-drinker and have been for several years now. I really attribute Craigs logical way of thinking and approaching this issue as it fits so well to my health conscious way of living. I have no problem whatsoever operating in the "drinking world" of my family and friends or social occasions. Craigs book and course covers all of the angles. I do miss his weekly live community broadcasts, but I'm OK and feel confident in myself and the better way I feel. Thank you Craig~!

Craig is brilliant. If you’re sick of being sick and want to take your life back- join the program. If you show up and do the work, this can and will change your life.

Craig’s book was the first place I turned to that gave me hope. It was honest and gave me a sense that there truly was a way out. If you know someone in need, share the program with them. It is a gift.

Approaching FOUR YEARS booze free, thanks to Craig and his program. The biggest surprise for me was how easy it was. Just follow the course and do what he says.

Craig has helped me when no other has. I listen to the weekly video and have read about as much as I could about the dangers of my continual drinking habit. I feel so much better without the daily intake of alcohol. Been sober well over a year! Don't even know how long. Give Craig a chance. Don't give up!

Easily one of the best courses online to see alcohol for what it is. It needs patience though. I did the course several times before as Craig likes say, “…the penny dropped.” But so worth it. Also the hypnosis sessions are very useful. All the very best !

Craig Beck's approach to stop drinking was the best thing that's happened to me. I have been sober since 22nd of Feb 2019. Craig's genuine honest stories of his experiences was so relatable to me that only someone who has been there can understand. This helped make the journey much easier to undertake, it was informative and well presented. I have recommended many people to try Craig's program as I am confident that they would get a lot out of it. I personally thought I needed to drink to relax, be able to dance and socialize. As it turns out I have been able to do all these things and feel much better about myself and actually remember what I said and done the night before with no headaches or head in the toilet. I only wish I had made the change years ago but better late than never. What you spend on the program you recoup with what you save on not purchasing alcohol and perhaps save your marriage and family.

I discovered Craig just by fluke when I was planning on kicking the booze. It really worked for me. I love his no nonsense approach. I am scientifically minded and he made it clear to me that alcohol is poison. People become intoxicated - there it is in the word. In my first year I had a couple of slips, which just reinforced how awful it is. Now slmost 300 days sober and I am loving it and will never go back. My life is soooo much better. Do not miss it at all and have no cravings...drinking alcohol is madness and ruins countless lives. I can highly recommend it....loved the hypnosis.

I read the book Alcohol Lied to Me and then signed up for the course. Craig is very relatable and his course was just what I was looking for. I have been free for the last10 weeks. I wish I found it 10 years ago.

The course it's extremely repetitive and very simplistic. All the information is drip fed and the content promised when making a payment is all the time "coming soon". No questions send to Mr. Beck are ever answered, but you are non-stop encourage to purchase more products.
You are advised to listen to hypnosis for 21 days, but there is only couple of recordings, content of which I personally found quite irritating.
If you buy book or audiobook, you will save yourself a lot of money, as it's exactly same material.
Whilst Mr. Beck has very pleasant voice (something expected from former radio presenter),his approach is too simplistic and completely misses the spot for me. His constant referral to alcohol as Evil Clown or attractively packaged poison becomes just frustrating - repetition is not persuasive and frankly becomes a bit annoying.
I did find two or three useful pieces of information, but could have done it in the much cheaper book.
Apparently his method works for many people - good for them! For me it was just exercise in wasting money for the useless and vastly overpriced product.
Mr. Beck seems to be solely interested in getting more money in any way possible from his customers and doesn't fall far from cheap scammers, who shout at you of missing the opportunity of a life time if you won't give them your money right now!
Not worth it in any shape or form!

In response to the reply from stop drinking expert - opinions vary! That's why we have reviews. Your wishes are irrelevant to me, you vastly overcharge for a product that I find inadequate, simplistic and not suitable for me. You didn't bother to reply to any questions I send to the emails you provide during the course, only when I posted critical review. Which doesn't reflect well on your motivation.

I'm glad that some people find your course helpful, as I stated above - good for them.

And instead of patronising remarks on how I approached your product, maybe you should concentrate on better selling techniques, as yours are sickening and dare I say predatory (when you non-stop advertise your products to vulnerable people).

thank you very much for your help and support. I am 6 months without the poison in my body and my world has changed in a fantastic way. I am so grateful for your honest stories because most of those could be mine, except the story with the Timelock safe. I personally think you must have enough and then take the help and will get better and better. If you start and you still think one beer after work will be fine, it will not fly.. You must go through this journey with yourself and the help from you Craig and it will work. I have no cravings, sometimes I feel sorry for the guys they still with the poison. But I know the Evil Clown is waiting for his chance., My Marriage is awesome now, increase relation to all my kids and grandkids, Long weekends now, and feel up with exploring lovely Queensland. Still working to lose weight but the time will come, I have the time now.
It is a better life.
