I normally don’t write reviews but with how this storage place has been I like to give customers a heads up. We had our box trailer stolen from their property. For a few months everything was going good in till I showed up on Monday, June 27 to find out my trailer has been stolen when I talk to the office they told me the gate was broken on June 23 and some other customers already reported that their trailer had been broken in to. I’m not upset that our trailer was stolen it can happen anywhere I’m more upset that an e-mail wasn’t sent out to let all their customers know to come to check their property after they had a couple of reports of trailers broken into also this property closes at 7 pm so when their cameras see a truck coming in after 7 pm and taking a trailer after 7 pm to them that was no red flag? The only thing the trailer storage would do to help us out for having our trailer stolen from their gated property with cameras is referred the June payment of $119 and they will only refund me if I sign a paper saying I won't post anything

We have been doing business with Storage 4U for over 10 years. Always courteous.

No friction, actually, just a wish that someone could oversee the unit for rodents, roaches, and other critters. Excellent treatment!

This is the Epitome of the three rules of business -good, fast and cheap which does not happen ever and in all three.

Friendly, fast and many options

This is the fourth time I have used storage4u over more than a decade. The total time I have had my things at their storage probably adds up to almost 5 years of time. Everything has been fine each time. The units were clean, the site secure, the management pleasant and helpful. I just signed up for a unit to store my things over this summer. I looked at a couple places that were a bit cheaper but decided not to take a chance on the unknown. I can recommend storage4u without reservation.

Moving, downsizing, and looking for storage can be a daunting task. Chelsea was the last stop of a very long and exhausting day. As soon as I opened the door she greated us with a smile and offered a cold drink. She showed us several units to help us decide, gave a military discount, and honored the online special. We completed the simple process and walked away with a key in record time. Thanks, Chelsea for making the last phase of our move so much easier.

Right from the start Chelsea at Storage 4U East has been helpful, professional and friendly. After close to 10 years of storing there, it feels like my stored items are being cared for by family members. The facility itself is secure, clean and convenient. My hours require mostly late night access to my unit and with 24 hr access, that isn't a problem. I always feel confident of my safety even when I am alone. Chelsea has always handled any issues we've had with the utmost amount of care. I have referred friends and family to her and this facility on several occasions, knowing fully that they will have a pleasant experience and their storage needs will be met. If you're in need of affordable storage, I highly recommended Storage 4U East. Chelsea will take good care of you.
