Storage 4U really came through for us.
Looking for a place to store our RV asap and most every place in town was book. Storage 4U was able to accommodate us the same day. Zach was incredibly professional and extremely helpful with guiding us to selecting the spot that was best for us.

Zack the manager was not only super informative and helpful, but also listened to identify our needs. Customer service was exceptional! The young man Zack was professional while at the same time very personable. He was very patient as he showed me an example of each size unit , answering all my many questions with a smile and very knowledgeable. This was the third storage facility that I visited, the cleanliness and this young man was the deciding factor for me.

Was really impressed with the cleanliness, security, & location of this facility. Also loved meeting Zach and doing business with him, he is a great guy. The pricing for our unit (10x5) is reasonable; a lot cheaper than any of their competition.

Like the convenience of pain at the kiosk . The representative was very helpful and nice and clear . All in all we decided to go with this facility again because we liked it the first time over 20 years ago and yeah it's still a good place that's why we decided to use it this time and will probably use it for future .

Great storage facility! Staff is very friendly and professional. We enjoyed storing our boat on Storage 4U's lot. We also enjoyed having 24 hour access to our boat. All at a great affordable price!

Dissatisfied
I have really enjoyed dealing with the staff especially Gloria ever since I rented my storage unit in 2005! So when I had to move out of state and I set it up with your company through the staff to have my rent debited from my Visa (later Master Card) debit card which until recently went pretty smoothly. Ever since my Master Card debit card expired and I called in the new expiration and security code my payments have been entered late and I have been charged late fees that I'm not responsible for!

I have enjoyed my use of your storage units and am very happy with the management and employees with Storage4U.
I like this storage facility because they have much better prices than the competition and all the staff is very helpful and courteous. This particular storage facility is a good location for me because it is close to my work and home.

RV vandalized

Also, people are always parking in my storage space when I am out with the RV even for the day!

Thank you for your comments! Incidents like this, though extremely rare, are no less disheartening when they do occur. Please know we feel just as violated and frustrated as you do. It is because of these situations that we invested additional resources in a private security company. Unfortunately, lights, cameras, coded entry and exit and security guards, is sometimes not enough to deter the criminally intent. It is therefore the reason we require proof of insurance on parked vehicles as an added layer of protection against loss.
In addition, the parking space issue you’ve mentioned had not previously been brought to our attention we invite you to report issues such as this as soon as they arise so that we may take the proper action to resolve them.
