Great Staff Made the Difference.
The storage space at the Henderson branch was clean and as advertised. What really set the experience apart was the staff. The were very knowledgable and helpful, but most of all, they were happy, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

In all honesty the latest interaction with storage king I wouldn't recommend. Buisness are getting more greedy and treating customers like they are irrelevant and putting prices up when it's already a struggling economy and don't get back to the customers. Bad communication and I would look else where for storage before looking at storage king in all honesty.
UPDATE: SINCE PUTTING IN THIS FEED BACK MY STORGE HAS GONE UP 50$ AND WHEN I WENT IN HEAVLY PREGNANT WAS TOLD I LOOKED FAT PRETTY MUCH. DISGUSTING DONT GO WITH THIS PLACE.

Staff were very helpful on site. However, having head office off shore made changing the moving in date difficult with time zone differences. It would havd been so much easier if the staff on site were able to change the date by one day as the deposit and balance had already been paid.
