I bought some items, paid express delivery because they didn't have another option. They charged me on AUD but they charged an extra fee for international purchase which is ridiculous. Items arrived missing one of the items and not on the time they promised. I am still try to contact them to get my item but they only sent automatic responses.

Been waiting over 5 weeks now for my jacket I paid $200 aud. Same as evreyone else they send a generic email saying they will dispatch it in 2 days. I have asked for a refund or cancellation of order they have denied both options until I recieve the item which I never will. This is a scam. Do not order anything from them.

Ordered a t-shirt for my daughter for the women's World Cup & I'm still waiting for it?! What's going on please?!

I ordered two T-Shirts for the Women's World Cup on the 1st of august. The order never arrived, I tried to contact them multiple times but the answer is an automatic one, it just says it will ben distpached soon.
I'm going to ask for a refund.
The order was a gift. What a mess of a store.

Very disappointed in the FIFA Store. Ordered a shirt for the Women's World Cup on 21 July. Express Delivery. Still not arrived and multiple contacts just result in form letter replies saying they will "dispatch in a few days". Now trying to cancel order and get refund.

Order not shipped after over 3 weeks of waiting. Generic response from support.

I finally got 1 of the items I ordered. Still no word from support on the 2 tickets I opened with them.

The worst online 'purchase' experience I have ever encountered. So bad that I am going to contact the ASA. Item ordered never arrived and complete run around from so-called customer service. Totally and utterly appalling.

Like others have said, you have no option but to pay for express shipping...a service that in the end you won't even get. Zero transparency, unable to get any updates other than the fact that they took my money.

Wanted to buy accessories for the Women’s World Cup 2023. The FiFA World Cup shop online is a horrible experience. They do not disclose the shipping cost until you paid and they charge more than the products I was expecting to pay! Like who charges $130 for a ball and 2 flasks? How ridiculous FiFA, how ridiculous. I sent an email within minutes of realising I have been ripped out. No response and within 24 hours - they dispatched it and have not even read my email. Now they want you to fill out a cancellation form and now I have to waste more time! I tried to contact them on the day and no one there! Their contact numbers don’t work. STAY AWAY AND SHAME ON FIFA!

Ordered a poster, they sent the wrong poster, asked me to provide evidence countless times, which I did, then asked me to fill out a form, which I did - twice. They were then supposed to send me back a return label, which they didn’t and told me because I had ordered the item in the UK this was not something they could do, I paid the shipping to return the item, and they refunded however did not refund the original shipping or cover the cost of my return shipping. Many emails sent, informed that they were busy and I needed to be patient, now just ignore emails- Avoid for your own good

FIFA Store online charges an exorbitant fee for “express” shipping and then does not ship within that timeframe. Canceling an order that has not yet shipped is nearly impossible. The online customer service support is a runaround. Do not buy from FIFA online.

Product not sent no option for cancelation only return and refund however dispatch never took place... Whole online shop is a scam.

I have bought a Conditional Ticket which should be reimbursed in JAN/23. I’m writing this review in jun/23. No reimbursement yet, no answer about my quire, no effective contact channel

This is my first and last time buying from FIFA store, I bought these tshirts and I got scammed by FIFA, they are way too small and for europe rather than US.

I sent 22 emails and several calls until I was able to talk to someone today that was useless.

I will post my horrible experience with FIFA in all forums, feedback websites so other people don't get scammed with your garbage.

Materials are horrible, sizing is off, customer service is non-existent.

Very, very dissapointed.

I would give 0 star if I can. FIFA Online Store are thieves.

Order Summary do not provide estimated import fees (which is sky high). There is no option to do order cancellation (good luck contacting them). They only responded with standard template (or provide no response at all) to my cancellation request.

Eventually I directed UPS to return the shipment to sender; zero response when I asked for full refund. After filing dispute with credit card company, they eventually refund the product only; but still charged me for shipping fee (even the product has never arrived to my address).

Overall, a very bad merchant to deal with. Once you place an order, you are inside their trap. Expect to lose your shipping fee no matter what (and yes merchant do make money on shipping fee).

Thieves. This store sucks. FIFA criminals have banned Brazilian players for not playing 7 mins match which couldn't be played due to Covid situation in Brazil. Criminals started to use cancel culture. We must stop them! Don't buy any FIFA licensed product!

In all fairness, this review is only about the souvenir store of the museum. We did not take the tour of displays. We were hoping to get gifts for friends and grandchildren. It is quite small and has high end signed soccer items as well as a few clothing items for small children. Many items have the museum logo but very few team logo items. There are National team tee shirts but very few items with player names on them.

Probably One of the worst games to ever exist, its like they want you to uninstall it, very sad this is the only football game out there
