Amazing response to trouble tickets.
Bought a replacement printhead for my Kobra 3. When it arrived, there was a firmware mis-match. Submitted a trouble ticket, included the troubleshooting already done and the situation that required the replacement print head, and the first communication back was a link to the firmware I needed so I could manually flash the printer.
Less than an hour later, I was back up and running

Worst printer I have ever bought. Has been problematic since I bought it. Constant problem replacing parts and then the service section has a good response rate but after waiting months for a replacement hot bed they send me the wrong one 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

I ordered a printer begin of the year. I was really excited to get going, but unfortunately there was an issue with 1piece that made the printer unusable for longer prints. The support helped me to figure out the issue and fixed the printer so that I can now print without any issue. They send me replacement pieces that I needed and guided me to find the broken piece. The support was great and so far my prints are great as well.

Exceptional quality of service. Prompt replies and clear communication, solved my issues wonderfully. Replaced my defective build platform and a damaged LCD for no additional cost around 7 months after purchasing.

I placed an order on March 14, for 24‑hour shippin printer. No updates at all until March 18.
On March 18, I opened a support ticket — no response.
On March 19, I requested order cancellation — again, no response. At that point, I was forced to open a PayPal dispute. On March 20, I finally received a refund via PayPal, not thanks to the store, but only because of PayPal’s intervention.
Customer support is completely nonexistent, communication is zero, and shipping promises are not respected.
Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this store at all.

Excellent experience, I contacted them to purchase a new front extruder case and a a fan extension cable since the printer was no longer under warranty but they offered to send them to me for free. Can’t ask for better.
Excellent support – problem solved quickly
I had a problem with my printer; it showed an error during startup, so I contacted Anycubic support. I sent them photos and a short video explaining the issue.
The support team responded quickly and helped me check the possible causes. After reviewing the information, they sent replacement parts (printhead cable and motherboard) free of charge.
The package arrived without any problems, and after replacing the printhead board, the printer is working perfectly again.
I really appreciate the professionalism and support from the team at Anycubic. They took the issue seriously and made sure everything was resolved.

The customer service is the best I've had. It's what makes or breaks a product. When thing have a moving parts a sensors there will be a few issues sometimes. When that happens it's the customer service that you must rely on to help. They made me feel comfortable when they understood my issue and resolved it.
