The customer service is the best I've had. It's what makes or breaks a product. When thing have a moving parts a sensors there will be a few issues sometimes. When that happens it's the customer service that you must rely on to help. They made me feel comfortable when they understood my issue and resolved it.

Apart of the competitive prices and good results they offer, I only needed to contact their support team twice and they have always been there to deliver good help, couldnt say a bad word about anycubic, and no, they didnt pay a single cent to me, its just the reality I have experienced so far
Great printer, even better support
I bought the Anycubic Kobra 3 Max recently, and overall I'm really happy with it. It prints well, the build volume is huge, and once dialed in, it delivers solid results.
That said — it wasn't completely problem-free. I ran into some Y-axis inaccuracy issues (oval holes), which took some time to diagnose. But here's the thing: Anycubic support was absolutely outstanding.
They listened carefully, suggested solutions, and when the issue wasn't fully resolved, they didn't hesitate — they offered to send me a replacement motherboard, no questions asked. They even prioritized my shipment and personally made sure the warehouse would handle it quickly.
It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products like this. Yes, there may be minor issues from time to time, but the way they treat their customers makes all the difference.
I'll update the review once I install the new board — but for now, 5 stars for the printer and a huge thank you to the support team!

I have several Anycubic printers (7 and counting). Anycubic support has so far never failed to address my support requests satisfactorily. David was the most recent tech to help with two issues. He had repair parts shipped within a day of my submitting the tickets.

This is my second Anycubic printer, and I am more than thrilled with it. I have already produced many great-looking, high-quality prints with it. I love how easy it is to use; I was up and running in just a few minutes. The new Kobra S1 can be controlled and monitored via the internet or the app, and everything has worked perfectly so far. I had to contact support once because of a problem with the printer on my end. I have never had such a friendly and helpful customer service representative. I wish other companies could offer this kind of service. Thank you very much, Anycubic!
competitive prices and good service
Anycubic has very competitive prices. I bought 2 printers from them on eBay. One of them had a sensor failure after a few prints that led to further damages. When i asked for support they answered the same day and sent replacement parts without hesitation.

As I suggestion I need them to have in EU warehouse all replacement parts and ship the package fronEU to EU because that reduces the waiting time and customs huge delay from 3 weeks to 3 days , in EU customs his is mandatory to do because Bambu Lab ia sending from EU warehouse and replacement arrives to me in maximum 3 days ! Months ago, they replaced my anycubic photon mono m7 max after a nasty resin leak. Now, they're sending me a new screen due to a damaged cable. Customer service has been excellent! Very communicative, generous, and straightforward.

ANYCUBIC Support Team came through
I have a single color filament Kobra 3 V2 as a gift from our son in law for my retirement. The printer failed to print at the first start and keep showing auto leveling errors. ANYCUBIC Support Team worked with me, troubleshoot and sent me replacement parts but problems persist. After several tries, ANYCUBIC sent me a new print head that fixed the problem. As an engineer, I have had used several 3D printers in the past 20 years so I know these machines can be very finicky. I give ANYCUBIC Support Team 5-stars for their dedication and professionalism. Yes, the whole back-and-forth-troubleshooting experience was painfully slow because parts being shipped from China, but the team has tried their best.
