Great assistance

I experienced a major failure of the gear assembly. Contacting support was easy, and I am amazed by both the response time and the fact that they are sending me the replacement part for free. Very satisfied.

The printer does its job, Excellent customer service

The printer does its job. I encountered a few issues, and support was very quick to find a solution and helped me resolve the issue by sending me replacement parts. Replacement parts take a long time to arrive (Italy), but I still recommend Anycubic products. Excellent after-sales service.

After 3 week i am waiting for part to…

After 3 week i am waiting for part to repair my ace pro amd today i have write to Anycubic and the part is not departed from china... is the third times in one year i wait 3-4 week before i can print with tha Ace Pro... so in one year i cannot print multi-color like 3month because all the problem this Ace pro is a defective unit and nobody of customer service give me the chance to exchange for a good Ace pro... i buy many Anycubic Printer this 2 last years but now i am thinking to stop buying before they change their customer service and warranty... i have to repair and find the part problem by myself... this is not good practice and i cannot refer anybody in the futur if i cannot work with my printer 1/4 on a year on the 1 year waranty...

Excellent value for money and impressive product portfolio

Overall, Anycubic offers excellent value for money. The products are technically well equipped, modern in design and very fairly priced compared to many competitors. The printers and accessories are particularly attractive for users who expect a lot of performance for their money.

The range of accessories and spare parts is also extensive, which facilitates long-term use and maintenance. Overall, Anycubic has a compelling product portfolio that clearly shows continuous development.

In addition, the support team is accessible and solution-oriented, which rounds off the overall package.

I would buy Anycubic products again at any time and can recommend the brand overall.

I already have two Anycubic printers

I already have two Anycubic printers, one is Mono X and the other is Kobra S1 Combo. I have been very happy with the SLA printer from the beginning, almost 99% print success and quality.
Kobra S1 had a bit of trouble with the faulty cable to the extruder, but to my satisfaction Anycubic solved it immediately by sending a new part. Support is generally very fast and perfect. I really appreciate this.

Excellent service for 4 Kobra 3 printers…

I have purchased four Kobra printers now to run in my high school manufacturing class. The fourth had a strange issue. Customer service answered promptly and mailed parts for free to fix the issue, which arrived in 2 business days! They also followed up to check to make sure everything was to satisfaction. Excellent!

Prompt reply to service ticket.

I received a reply to my service ticket within 24 hours with a fix for my issue with the ace pro. I see a lot of complaints online but my experience has been positive.

Exemplary level of service.

The response to my issue was incredibly quick, the engineer was knowledgable and knew straightaway where the problem was. The subsequent despatch and delivery, of replacement parts, was quick and efficient thus minimizing my overall downtime. Overall the level of service was exemplary.
