I've already have a second ACE Pro on my Kobra S1, the product speaks for itself, very solid, very easy to use - as any 3d printer problems happens, but they customer experience is really amazing, I've issues at the same time with another brand, and the customer service was waaaay more proactive, clear instructions and focused on the customer!

Each time I've had a question or needed help solving a problem, the staff at Anycubic are quick to respond and help me find a solution. This time, my 'Discharge Port Baffle' which is the metal blade inside the poop bin, went missing and I've been unsuccessful trying to find it. They were quick to arrange to send me a new one which is now on the way to my house. I couldn't be happier. You wouldn't think one little piece could cause so much havoc, but it really is that important.

The support staff was extremely quick to respond to my questions, supportive, and kindly courteous. Staff were very helpful, providing short videos to test for issues. When the solution was not available via removing any broken filament or jams, they were kind to mail replacement parts at no cost to me as the consumer. I am very satisfied with their products. This is my fourth 3D printer purchased from them, because I use them so often that I usually am running all 4 at the same time!

I have bought the kobra 3 combo and kobra 3 max combo. Had some issues but was resolves with great support from the anycubic team. Would recommend purchasing products from their site.
Quick service and timely deliveries
The support team was quick to answer my initial ticket and sent a part to try to resolve my issue. Due to the error I was getting, it could have been one of several parts so it took a few tries to get the correct one ordered. Each time, Obi was there with an answer and link to send the next part after I told him what happened with the last part that was delivered. It turns out that I needed another extruder due to mishandling and breaking a piece on the first one I was sent.
Once the new one was installed, the printer worked no errors!
Overall I am very pleased with the service provided from Anycubic on the Kobra S1 printer.
Anycubic photon mono m7 LCD screen
I bought an anycubic photon mono m7 printer on Aliexpress from the "ANYCUBIC Store". The first print went great, but the LCD screen cracked during the second print. Less than 2 weeks have passed since the purchase. Maybe I did something wrong, or maybe the screen was installed incorrectly at the factory, in general, I was very upset, I wrote to the seller, asked if he could help with that, he advised me to contact the support center with this question. I wrote to them as the seller advised, and they clarified the information and sent me a new LCD screen! I carefully installed the new screen, printed several parts, and everything is great! Huge thanks to the Anycubic team, huge thanks to Nelson (Anycubic Support Team)! Anycubic is the best!
