My order number is DEC-87796590 and i haven't deliver my parcel since 16th of January.
The tracking number shows that my parcel has stuck in the processing center in Belgium. Deciem customer service says that due to brexit the borders have closed and they denied to refund me unless the parcel return to their warehouse. Please stay away from that company because they are FRAUDERS!!!! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IF IT IS JUST 20€.
I love their products but their service is the worst I've ever seen in my life. I ordered some items on August 29th 2020 ( it was a bday gift) and the dispatch took 3 days (so long but understandable because of the covid-19). They gave the parcel to Myhermes ( About them I've only read bad reviews). The tracking code did not work. After several emails, Deciem around 6 September said my package is lost. I waited another 10 days to get a refund. Don't buy it!!! Don't buy from them. Call centre never reply. They reply to your emails if they are in the mood and after weeks. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !!!
#57120806 Made this order on 16th, i have received an email as the order is shipped but until now, No information on the order cannot check on the courier site either as the order no is incorrect..while going through trust pilot reviews only found out so many other customers experiencing the same issue.. will keep updating until I receive my products or my Payment.
My wife bought and used one of Deciem's £43 eye products which caused an allergic reaction. Her eyes looked swollen and puffy and were itching. She confronted the shop floor staff who refunded her and suggested to try another Ordinary eye product to ease the reaction. This made it even worse and my beautiful wife now looks like someone punched her in the face and abused her. Abused by Deciem that is.
The only thing the shop floor staff had to say was to contact Deciem customer services. And customer services did respond. With an inappropriately cheerful copied and pasted template message.
This stuff is not suitable for sale to the general public and should be taken of the market.
